Pharmacy Direct

I placed an order on the 26 of February, 2023 and till today the 29th of March, 2023 I haven't received it. I called few times and the lady over the phone cannot give me any updates. It is a shame. I regret placing an order with them.

Blood glucose monitor and accessories have been ordered AND I paid for express postage. Two days later, items still are not posted despite me paying for express postage. Contacted Pharmacy Direct via online chat, only to be told there was a delay with some items being received from the supplier (despite their website saying all items were in stock and ready to ship with ZERO notification to me to advise which could have allowed for me to source elsewhere). Hollow apology received from Customer Service Agent advising me he would notify head office regarding this". Wow! Needless to say I won't be purchasing again. Here's hoping my items actually arrive."

Staff are incompetent and extremely rude. My doctors practice manager eventually got in touch and was also aghast at the awful attitude and ineptness of the team. Have made a complaint to the Qld Health Ombudsman as well as with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. Avoid at all costs.

I have used a few pharmacy's and am using pharmacy direct for my MC.The customer service is 100%, the staff are all so helpful and great to deal with.They are all so professional and understand what we go through.The scripts are sent and processed on the same day sometimes, but usually within 24hours, today i put a script in and in 1/2 an hour it was ready to be picked up...these guys have the system down pat and so good, i will always use them.I 100% recommend pharmacy direct to everyone out there especially for MC.Thank you so much for making this part of the process so easy.And the fact i can use humm or zip to pay for my scripts makes it even more sustainable.Thank you so much to Emily and all staff at Pharmacy Direct Molendinar, you guys all need to get the recognition that you deserve and more money in your pay...lol.Seriously thank you guys...Kindest regards,Rik Hilverts

I created an account online and don’t know why I can’t see my prescription and the number of repeats. So I need to call to find out this sort of thing and very often nobody answers. I finally leave a message and don’t get a call back. In the past I placed a prescription order and waited. Then I received an email on Friday afternoon (this pharmacy is closed on weekends) to say I had no prescription. New script arranged and new order placed which resulted in me having no medication for a week. It seems such a simple thing to show prescriptions and repeats online like other pharmacies. Also I can’t add my product to favourites on the website. A better website would reduce the need for calls that don’t get answered or messages returned.

EDIT: As you can see from the response from Pharmacy Direct below, they have overshared on my private medical information. SHOCKING as they should value people's privacy.I had the misfortune of visiting this chemist online and was utterly disappointed with the service I received. The chemist not only showed a complete lack of empathy

No issues with my order or the delivery process. In fact, I was quite impressed with the order placement to delivery turnaround time given that I ordered during the Boxing Day sales period. Will use them again in the future.

First time using this chemist. And this is a review after my first order. Will change dependant on future scripts. But no fault in service at all. Ordered online, set up a new account, helpfully staff and speedy postage. Paid for express and received after 1 day, cannot fault the service

Processing orders and shipping is easy and they are pretty fast at dispatching. The only bummer is that they use Australia Post who are notoriously slow to deliver.They have been out of my medication for over 2 months which, while disappointing, it's a supply chain issue and out of their control

Site is easy to navigate and find stuff. Products arrived in quick a timeframe. No issues thus far. The team on the phones are great. Especially Vicky who has helped me multiple times in a very kind, compassionate and professional manner.
