So disappointed to find out that we cannot order (online or phone) and collect from the store any more. We have bought several things from the store in Balhannah but are now told that we cannot order and collect and cannot even purchase floor stock...... delivery only... when we live 15 minutes away. Looks like profit is being put before customer service which is very sad. So I need to pay $30 delivery when I could collect so easily. Makes no sense to a customer, but maybe to an accountant.** Update - Been waiting 2 weeks and no sign of our order. The warehouse is 15 minutes from here.....

I visited this store on Thursday 29 April. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Despite 4 staffers on duty I was completely ignored. A loud and rather self-important womanwas barking orders to a much younger assistant. Customer service ZERO. I found several things that I wanted to buy but left after 10 mins in disgust. I wont ever return.

I purchased two doorstops online for $109. When they arrived I noticed that they had an exposed metal zipper on the bottom, this was not shown or explained on the website when I purchased these. As the exposed metal would scratch and damage my timber floor I asked the store to arrange a return and refund, because they were not fit for purpose. They refused so on the advice of Fair Trading I sent another request for a return and refund. All I got back was a response reiterating that they refused to process a return/refund and that they look forward to hearing from the Department of Fair Trading". I would not use this store again."

The store at Balhannah is wonderfully stocked with furniture, ornaments and great ideas.To top that off they extreme friendly staff who are prepared to go out of their way to help you. Always smiling and well presented. Will have no hesitation in recommending this store to friends and business associates.

Georgia and the team at the Balhannah store were so pleasant to deal with. They were helpful in selecting an item and when it didn't work in the space happily accepted an exchange of product and again, helped select the perfect replacement. They went above and beyond and we are most grateful.

Visited your Balhannah store today. Very beautiful and nice to quickly chat about the bed heads and ends but it was the clothes that I was most interested in today. So very disappointed that I spent time browsing and not once was I offered any customer service nor was my presence acknowledged. Is it because I am automatically judged as to how can she afford such clothes or how does she think she can fit into such clothes. A simple smile and hello is all I demand.

If you purchase something from this website be sure it's something you actually want because they don't refund and they will give you a gift card. Honestly it's 2021 and we aren't doing refunds? Pretty average if you asked me. I won't be using this site again. Do better living by design.

Been in a couple of times before but this time experienced excellent service and was given good advice. Very helpful girl who sought to find more information on the tables we were looking at. Looks to be good quality furniture that should last.

Beautiful decor shop. I bought these china artichokes for $19.95 each. Expected them to be around $70. Beautiful throws, cushions and brass insects. Friendly staff. Lots of parking.
