I engaged SOBD for a small granny flat project and Stuart treated me with the same professionalism and respect as if I had been designing a multi-million dollar project. He listened to my design requests while at the same time making meaningful suggestions about how to get the best value out of the project. When we faced design challenges, he provided solutions and even after the design was done, he was still happy to provide support. I’m more than happy with the result and will engage Stuart and his team on future projects to come!

This is the most unprofessional, money-grabbing company I have ever encountered. They are attempting extort money from us for payment of the same plans TWICE, by using threatening and bullying tactics. SOBD designs are generic and uncreative and not to our specifications or as per consultation. Don’t waste your time or money. Typical draftsman trying to be an architect, without the degree or talent. So many better, more creative and clever options available on the Gold Coast. We have since found a much more skilled, professional and helpful architect who has taken on other dissatisfied customers of Stuart Osman Designs. Greed is paramount and the client is a nobody at Stuart Osman Building Designs.

Dealing with Stuart and Debbie has been the highlight so far of our extensive renovation project.Stuart has taken all our ideas on board and made them better, even incorporating elements that we hadn't considered.We are so excited to see these designs come to life, they are better than we could have ever imagined.Thanks again team
