Pretty 'shabby' when you try calling the store during business hours and no-one answers!

Painfully slow to fill in scripts - both ends when dropping off the script and then again when picking it up.

1 young man serving at script collection, 10 staff standing around laughing and joking, ignoring so many customer awaiting service, 2 pharmacist’s clearly under pressure, then 1 heads off for a tea break at the peak time obviously in the day. 1 hour and 10 minute wait, after being told 30mins. No apology from staff. When leaving i mentioned to the other staff that the young fella up the end really needed some help, no one went to help, I watched whilst waiting another 5 minutes just to pay, only 1 register open, 10 customer deep, then upon check out out the exit, witness another 2 staff standing around eating in store and texting.Extremely disappointed in the service offered today.

Totally useless, left my 80 year old mother with NO MEDS after she cancelled her scripts due to the turn around times it takes to fulfill a script and the next day she went to get meds from her local pharmacy only to find this lot had fulfilled the request anyways!!! when contacted they told me i was welcome to travel the 2 hours to Bendigo and pick them up... wasn't until i got agro over the phone that they decided to just delete the scripts in the system so she could reorder at her local pharmacy again!!! 2 hours later my mother got home on her scooter freezing cold and wet from the wind and rain... nice one CW Epsom Village... i hope that your elderly parents / Grandparents are never put through such an unnecessary experience .... again USELESS!!! ALSO no opportunity to give ZERO stars hence 1 star

WARING _ NO REFUNDS. Waited for 20 min in the refund cue to be told NO REFUNDS even though I purchased the product less than 1 day before. It was unopened and shrink wrapped. Asked to speak to the manager and was waiting another 10 min for her to print a copy of their refund policy. NOTE NO REFUNDS of 90 % of product in store- according to New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act although they clearly operate in AUSTRALIA

Disgusting service, no one seems to know anything. Pharmacist practically threw the medication at me. Lots of staff running around but only 1 of them serving.

Worst chemist warehouse store I’ve ever been too. Waiting time for prescriptions is terrible with very long wait times.

Spent 20 minutes looking for a product which I eventually found out was in the dispensary. All the staff were behind counters, when I ask for help the girl looked at me like I was Hannibal Lector!!I eventually got some real help after rugby tackling the owner. Customer service in this place just doesn’t exist, while I was waiting for a script this poor elderly lady also told me she’d been waiting 20 minutes. Not good enough!!!

Handed script to staff and was told the wait for my oral antibiotic would be 30 minutes. Told staff I would wait. After spending a further 10 minutes in line waiting to collect my scrip, I was then informed that they had none of this medication in stock!!If only they had’ve checked the system when I handed in my script to begin with I wouldn’t have wasted 40 minutes waiting for a medication that they had no supply of! Poor customer service, would not recommend.
