I have been to Rashays a few times and each time the service wasn't great but I tried to look past it. I decided to try it again tonight...BIG MISTAKE!I had my 12 month old daughter with me and each and every time they served us a dish, they put it right in front of her. Our entree I was able to grab and move in time. But when it came to our mains they had handed me and my partner our meals and then placed the piping hot pasta in front of my 12 months old daughter who doesn't know self control and placed her hand right in it, burning it in the process.And yes, I know as a parent it is my responsibility, but all I ask is for some self awareness as I only have two hands and when dishes are being handed to me left right and centre I am not quick enough to move the HOT pasta in time.Anyway, when I kindly let one of the staff members know to maybe be a little more careful, he told me that it wasn't his job that he worked at the bar not the kitchen and literally turned his back on us while we were still talking to him.Eventually, he agreed to let the stuff know. And after we were getting up to leave he comes up to us and asked if we wanted ice. Bit too late, mate. I already took it from my drink.So, anyway, when we left I informed the waitress what happened and she just argued she didn't put it in front of her when she clearly did. If it's in reaching distance of a toddler it's too close. And not one person asked if my hysterically crying baby was okay.Never coming back here again. And I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Especially of you have young children.

Such a great experience! Decided to go on a date night as a friend said it was worth trying. Great service! The staff we're all super friendly. Food was well priced and very nice. We will be coming back again!

The food is quite... standard? I've had amazing steaks here but other times they're over done. Great for big groups. Desserts are really good. Customer service is top shelf, like awesome.

well what can I say my partner and I both thought we will try a local restaurant visiting Bundaberg, basically, Food good atmospheres well boring no background music just the sounds of dishes crashing,,,, and kitchen staff making as much noise as possible. I'm not usually one to make a review but it was needed in this case as i felt that the experience was worth mentioning.Overall it would have been nice after having our meals to be asked if we wanted anything else or how was your meal ...anything but it seemed as soon as we had our meal we were ignored ... never experienced this before and we have dined many times at Rashay's in Brisbane, this was truly a bad dining experienced and our food was good but seemed to be rushed and could tell by the way it was plated once again different from what we have previously had elsewhere with same franchise.I asked the young girl on duty when leaving who was the boss or manager she stated she was I was so surprised. i mean she was clearly not trained well enough or new i don't no most of the staff that was there seemed under experienced. if i had advise i would say please make sure your guests are looked after especially paying what they pay and have staff well trained or more senior staff on who are experienced to watch and show the young ones ,,, hopefully gets better on our next visit .

I'm giving it a 1 star because I can't give a ½ star.My meal was ice cold the mashed potato and tasted liked glue (that the kids use at school).The aioli sauce I asked for was sour cream with pieces of garlic in it.I had previously eaten here at lunchtime and was happy with the meal. So, I assumed the dinnertime meals would be just as good. I was wrong. The chefs were different and on the Monday night I went the didn't seem to care what they served. My companion's dinner was sirloin steak with mushroom sauce. The sirloin steak had more gristle than steak and the mushroom sauce was spicy.It was her 1st and last time going back. Especially after I had made a fool out if myself convincing her that it was a good place to eat.I do not recommend eating here unless you want to waste your money.

One of the nicest dining out experience we had as a family. The meals, menu choices, drinks, prices and customer service were fantastic, plus the 10% discount we got on our bill (which was already affordable for what we ordered) for being a member, we'll definitely be back again.

Food is delicious. Service is quick and friendly. Restaurant is clean and tidy. The bottomless refills are huge, struggled to get through the first one - massive glasses.

Beautiful, relaxing environment and spectacular food. Surprised with a 9 person sitting, the service was welcoming and helpful. Long life of chef experience and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Delighted especially in the risotto creamy mushroom tasted of high quality ingredients I was genuinely sad when I finished but greatly satiated in my hunger for quality and quantity.

We went with 7 people. Service was excellent. Mocktails were yummy. The softdrink is free refills. The smaller steaks were overcooked but the bigger ones were good. If you like chips you'll love this place as they go overboard on the serving size of chips. One person had the lobster on steak. Steak was good but the lobster was very dry and inedible. It was removed from the bill when shown to waiter. I had a crispy chicken burger, it was a bit overcooked on the outside and only just cooked on the inside. I was not a fan of the little bit of flavour it had. The cheese ball was a nice touch.I'll go again but will order something different. It is a bit on the expensive side.2nd visit - went with a group of 6 this time. I had pepperoni pizza, it was good. All three steaks ordered were cooked as asked and were enjoyed. Two had hamburgers. One of the buns was a bit black from what I saw but they enjoyed them. I don't like black on my toast! We got free garlic bread with member vouchers.On our first visit we got a free drink bottle. It's metal and doesn't leak. I use it every time I work. This time we were given a gift bag. It had a glass travel mug, an apron, a scented candle and few other bits. I was quite impressed with this.It's worth joining up as a member if your going more than once as you get 10% off every visit.
