The worst experiences getting a car in Australia. I got a car in dutton garage in Albion. Very disappointed about the customer service. May be i am not a local Australian. First of all, the tryes and the break pad cannot meet the requirement of rwc, even not more than 0.5mm and 0.3mm respectively. As i have to sent my car back to fix tbe handlers, i tried to ask him, are we just changing the handlers only? He said yes, nothing else we have to change. But the fact is not, except the wheel, pad. the reverse camera is dead as well. secondly, the customer service was really bad, i asked my questions and tried to request for changing all the stuff, at least, meet the requirement of rwc, the staff just said you know you are not getting a new car. That's very frustrated on their vehicles quality and attitude towards the customer. But they took the car back though. Third, after i sent my car to them, they didn't know what time can i pick up the car. They just ask me to wait and without any follow up, even i ask questions of the staff about the estimated time. He was trying not to reply. However, they have provided me another car for me to drive. When i get in the car, the fuel light is on. That's pretty ridiculous.

They agreed on a price with me, then sold the car for a higher price to another. Unprofessional, with extremely low ethics. Lost me as a customer forever.

I purchased a car from Dutton Wholesale in February 2022. The car arrived with multiple compounding defects which were un disclosed. The dealer principle was then un contactable & have had to escalate the matter with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Bought a car from them, they didn’t disclose how much interest that would be lumped on the vehicle an extra $22 thousand. And they said they replaced the stereo with a new one but it was the cheapest hunk of rubbish and wasn’t even hooked up properly. Don’t go near them they are shady and dodgy. Just look at the reviews. Biggest regret is getting a car through them, regret it every time I look at it.

Disgraceful behaviour from their employee Jackson, contacted me via car sales and hid the fact he was a dealer. He was half smart and disingenuous, wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.
