I have been to this salon 3 times.The first time I had a great experience, so booked again.The second time I had a different, less experienced hairdresser, who over processed and damaged my hair. I decided to give them another chance and re-booked with a more experienced hairdresser, only to find out on the day, that I was with the less experienced person again. I explained that my hair was damaged from last time but I was again left with broken, damaged hair…and it took 4.5hrs for 1/2 a head of foils (I have shoulder length, thin hair, which would usually take 2hrs max). I sat in the salon with wet hair for most of the time, while my hairdresser was doing other things.I emailed the salon with my feedback but did not get a response.I gave 2 stars because the salon itself is nice and the first hairdresser I had was great.

I have been to the salon a handful of times already and I receive exceptional service everytime.I always see Sabine, she is a fantastic and lovely stylist who knows her stuff very well, I leave the saloon impressed with beautiful hair everytime. The prices are also very affordable. They even offer a big drink menu including milkshakes, coffees and tea.I can highly recommend Euphoria's service, you will not be disappointed!

I had long, waist-length hair that hadn't been cut in nearly 8 months. I was able to get an appointment for the same-day, it was $65 for a wash, cut and blow dry. She did an amazing job completely restyling the cut to suit my hair type (this strands but lots of it) and the shampoo/condition/treatment experience was truly relaxing and the chair and basin were comfortable. Their new location at 197-203 Flinders Street in the City is spacious and fresh with a beautiful view and great atmosphere, my stylist was friendly, helpful, talented and fun. 100% recommend this salon, they know what they are doing and don't overcharge. If you're reading this, thank you! I love my cut! <3

Worst haircut I've had ! Evie did what she wanted and nothing like what I wanted. I have curly hair and she cut it far too short and then ironed it straight. 1 star is too good for this hairdresser, she doesn't listen to clients wishes.So it seems you take no responsibility for your work then, I should have got layering not graduated style. We had discussed that you would do a similar shape and length to picture, I knew exactly wouldnt work, so I assumed you knew what you were doing ... apparently not. I had also posted earlier but it went astray somewhere. So I grew my hair for 12 mths so you could cut it all off.
