I’ve been attending this family friendly practice for many years. The Doctors are extremely caring and their follow up and knowledge is excellent. They have formed a wonderful multi-disciplinary team of health professionals to address a wide range of medical needs. The office staff are efficient and friendly.

$91 for a 10 year old to see the GP for 5 minutes. Understand its a public holiday,but this is outrageous. When I pointed out to staff that this fee wasn't mentioned upon booking I was told it was my own mistake and that the information was there on their own screen. Doesn't change the fact that i wasn't the only patient in the waiting room who was unaware of the high cost. Conveniently couldn't process my Medicare refund either. Been attending this practice for 4 years and this was by far the worst experience I have had here.

Have been seeing the same doctor at Ferny Grove Family practice for 10 years even though we have moved out of Ferny Grove 4 years ago.I bring my children there too.Dr Shan is caring and engaged every time I see her.The practice is also very efficient electronically.
