I have been coming here for a few years now. The ladies on the weekend shifts certainly expel welcoming energy, happy to provide customer service and you certainly don't feel like you're an inconvenience. The weekday staff are fine, but personally I can feel the frequency in their energy is different to that of the weekend staff.I read a review further down regarding a lower rated review based on customer service and whilst I love this store, their stock and most of the staff are lovely, I can appreciate how this may have occurred. If you see that review do not let it deter you, this is a beautiful store and Remi would never want any customers to feel lesser than. The only feedback I would provide is to ensure that all the staff remember they are in customer service and a smile goes a long way, but also given the type of store we're speaking about, energy can be felt ;)Keep up the great work that you're doing for the Community Remi, and all the staff for that matter. We're very blessed to have a spiritual store in our local area :)

Without a doubt this is a warm felt, gorgeous shop. I have been there a number of times not wanting to leave as it radiates beautiful, positive energy. The staff are helpful and very friendly. They have many different, beautiful crystals and products which will surely grab your attention, if you are looking for a particular one that is calling out to you. Highly recommended

Appalling and disgusting customer service and no interest in helping. If you don’t want to read the rest the moral of the story is shop somewhere else to save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere we’re the staff want to help you and don’t make you feel like your presence and support in their store is a huge unconvinced to them. I asked for a specific crystal which I thought was in the first cabinet, and I asked if it was. The staff member told me know it’s in the cabinets down the end, where I asked where about and she just was like ‘down there, you’ll see it’ which I clearly hadn’t the reason for asking for assistance. There was plenty of time prior to closing and there is a lot to look at so we took our time and when I continued to ask for assistance there was a clear ‘ I don’t want to help you attitude’ and then I heard the gentleman say 20 minutes to closing and looked at the customers as if it was an inconvenience we were there purchasing from them… When I was ready to purchase my singing bowl my friend also was getting one however the handle was not the one she wanted so asked for assistance were we went back and forth with the staff as no one seemed to be on the same page. When one of the ladies found her one the gentleman asked for a price we’re the lady serving at the jewellery stand rudely grunted and with a tone said that’s not for sale. We ended up leaving and wouldn’t go back or refer anyone to their store as I had previously. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by staff or felt so unwanted in a shop you are spending money. Their attitudes defiantly do not align with their store or what they are selling so I would save yourself the hassle and being made to feel uncomfortable and support a business that supports their customers.

This has to be one of my most favourite stores in Adelaide for all things spiritual and metaphysical. The staff here are wonderful and know what they're talking about. It's also one of the only places in Adelaide I can get Lodestones! I live up near Gawler but make the trip down anytime I need to stock up on my spiritual supplies. The prices are also affordable and decent in today's outrageous inflation costs. There's so much you can get here from crystals, incense, books journals, smudge bowls, herbs, resins, jewellery, tarot cards and TONS more. The staff are friendly and helpful and I always leave the store feeling positive and uplifted. I hope this place never moves or closes down. It's the best Metaphysical store I've shopped with.

This place has such a soothing and relaxed vibe. You can get pendants, charms, dream catchers, books, stones, incense, incense holders and so many other things it's hard to write it all down. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a great amount of knowledge about their products and are willing to take the time to help you find what you're looking for. I must say that personally, I have to limit my visits there as I would spend too much $. A wonderful place to get lost in for a while. AAA + RATING

Absolutely loved this shop, I used to go to Crystal Wave when Remi owned it... but this shop is definitely a huge step up from previous shop. The range of stock is amazing, will definitely go there again.

I cant rate this store enough. They have the BEST customer service, EXCELLENT knowledge of products, and is a very open and inviting place to be. The care that they put into each and every customer that walks through the doors is incredibly heartfelt.Would HIGHLY recommend this store!

Hands down one of my favourite stores to go to!They were open on the just recent public holiday gone, I took my nieces (6 YO & 8 YO) to get some Mother’s Day goodies for their mum. The ladies at the service desk were soooo kind to my nieces and treated them like little princesses, gifting wrapping each item they bought and letting them choose what colour gift wrapping and ribbons they wanted for their gifts.It was so beautiful and really taught a huge lesson to my nieces on kindness and value.Thank you so much Carpe Diem Team, you never disappoint with your beautiful energy and lovely shop.Lots of love xxCourtney xx
