Reception (not the company's) is rude and don't care, they were rude every time, but one day they made me wait outside, in poring rain, for awhile before they answered the door, and were angry that I was trying to get inside to see my psych. The psych herself started off good but has stopped being of any benefit. The actual company themselves is extremely pushy, changing prices without warning, never passed along care plans to my psych, always use their ridiculously high cancellation fee as a threat. I was in hospital, recovering from surgery, my mother said that I wasn't well enough to talk, they said are you sure? You'll have to pay the cancellation fee" not even caring enough to ask if I was ok.I feel that my issues with the psych are more individual
