Bethany Medical Centre Engadine

Bethany Medical Centre is an amazing practice. Everyone at the practice is kind , patient and professional. The centre is beautiful and cozy and has a variety of services.Dr Solimon is a wonderful GP. He takes the time to listen to his patients and is very knowledgeable in his field. He makes everyone feel very comfortable and has holistic approach.Jen is an amazing dietician. She supports you to meet your goals and empowers you to feel good about yourself and progress. She helps you make very practical plans for your lifestyle and educates you about nutrition.Wonderful practice and highly recommended !

Really happy with my choice to be a patient of the Bethany Medical Centre. The environment is pleasant, warm and welcoming. Dr Solomon is professional, thorough and caring. My daughter and her family also are patients at Bethany. It was observing the extra little things, over and above the norm in the kind of care they were receiving that helped me to make this my Medical Centre of choice.

Recommended highly. My visit was rewarding in these ways, you can book easily online, the overall clinic has a pleasant atmosphere, you are always offered a coffee or tea and the most important is the staff are super efficient and friendly. The Dr I saw took the time to learn about me and my problem, not just a rush job.

I love this practice. It’s a breath of fresh air. Everyone that works there are so lovely, from the reception staff, to the doctor and the nurses. They make you feel welcome and like they have all the time in the world for you. Dr Soliman never rushes his patients and I feel he takes the time to understand the issues presented.

When my doctor retired after 32 years I had to find a new GP, after reading wonderful reviews for Dr Soliman it was time to visit; and I must say from the moment I walked through the door I knew I had found my new GP. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and made a point of remembering my name from that 1st visit, Dr Soliman is very professional and thorough, he took the time to listen & ask questions about my medical history ,nothing was too much trouble.The facility is spotless and the surgery is very modern and up to date, and he is usually on time which is a huge bonus!A wonderful practice.

Nice and welcoming staff for my first visit. Dr Solomon was friendly and thorough. Looking forward to more visits and getting to know them all a bit better.

Very nice and professional….. only went for my covid shot but it made an impression. Reception was friendly, even remembering my name on the way out. Coffee machine is available for free coffee too. Very nice service

Dr Soliman is very knowledgeable, competent, helpful and thorough. Staff are always friendly and the coffee is great. Would (and have already) recommend this practice to all who need a good doctor.

We recently visited for my daughters second Covid vaccination. Firstly, I was blown away by how lovely the clinic was but the service is what took it to another level. My daughter was scared yo get a needle and the Dr was so lovely and put her mind at ease from the minute she introduced herself. The Dr asked what she liked to watch on Netflix (and then put it on for her!) to distract her and then after what was the least traumatic kids needle ever, the Dr then offered my daughter a certificate, a prize and not only a 1 lollypop but another to take home to her brother. When we went out to the waiting room, the receptionist greeted me by name and offered to make me a coffee! I have never experienced such great service from a medical centre. I applaud the staff at Bethany for offering such an incredible service and I will definitely be back!
