Ciao Bella Nails Salon

Have my nails done a few times a year with this salon for well over 10 years. SNS, acrylics and pedicures.Ladies working there have always been friendly and efficient. Female owner is profession, beautiful and efficient. Cost is cheap but the last couple of times nails haven’t been 100% which is understandable during the silly season. Today however it was such an awful experience I won’t be back. I’d made an appt and owners husband called to ask if I could come in early which I was happy to do as had no other plans. Just needed acrylics soaked off. He greeted me at the desk looking tired and impatient. He showed me to a chair where I sat for 10 mins then he started filing of top layer and then bought over solution to soak. I was left without word to soak. Everything looked dirty and disorganised. 3 different people saw to me. Process took an hour. I feel like the owners husband is sick and tired of the place, along with a couple of the staff. Long hours and constant customer service has worn him down.

Went in to book for service, the lady on counter was very rude and disrespectful. Never going back againJust responding to owners comment, I didn't force the lady to give me an appointment if you were fully booked. I had an emergency, couldn't attend the appointment and called straight away to reschedule it for some other day and the lady on phone responded with Why don't you go back to the place where you got it done first."I don't think this is a way to talk to a potential customer. I am really disappointed.I know that if you are fully booked she can't do anything but can be polite while talking to a customer.and Please if you can't accomodate only removal

Best customer service by the man behind the front counter. Great experienced nail technicians. Always very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Been going there for over 10 years! Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you Ciao Bella team!

I walked into the salon as 3 employees chatting and I asked for French polish on my toes! They told me they are fully booked… Didn't look very busy at all! Only one girl getting nails done. I feel like the boss wasn’t there and they just could not be bothered! won’t be back!

Kaylee had really good skill in nail art. I pay $55 for pedicure, foot spa and scrub. Only 30minutes and everything is all done. Will come back again! ❤️

I have been supporting this business since 2015. Ciao Bella has always been my go to" nail salon as it is conveniently located and 9 out of 10 times

worst place i’ve been to, the lady was so rough with my nails to the point where she made multiple of my fingers bleed, she could tell it was an uncomfortable experience for me as i flinched a few times as anyone would but she did not seem to care, the nails lasted less than 2 weeks and they overcharge, my friend got french tips charged $50 and i got the same another time (same length and no extra detail) and i got charged $70, i didn’t know i was being ripped off at the time. i don’t recommend going here

Have been using this salon for quite a while and for the first time wasn’t happy with my nails. Went back in today and they fixed it immediately. There main concern was that I was happy. Thanks Monica!

I visited the vale shopping centre store and had a full set of acrylics with nail art done by Monica. She was friendly and displayed a great knowledge of her craft. My nails look beautiful. Couldn’t be happier.
