My hot water system stopped working. Total Plumbing straightaway gave quote for hot water replacement without even checking. The real issue was that the gas regulator at the front was not working. I was given quote for $2000. I checked the market around and found out that the real price was 1700 which was offered by other plumbers. I asked Total Plumbing if they ca match price. They refused. I was charged twice $137 for installation of hot water.Really bad experience. Better use another plumber.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Chris on the few occasions that we have dealt with him.We have been directed to him through our real estate and he has always attended to our requests as quickly as possible and had all repairs done very promptly and to a high standard. He is very responsive when we have needed to contact him and his personality/customer service is A1.We can not fault this company and we would happily deal with them for any future plumbing needs.

Chris was very prompt in giving me a quote for a toilet installation and disposal and resonable. He was also clear on what was going to be done so there are no surprise hidden costs like most plumbers I've used on the past. Communication was clear on ETAS. Joshua did an awesome job, also checked the water pressure because I had mentioned we had a pipe burst in our ensuite recently. The team went well over and beyond what was expected and that is a rare find! Highly recommend Chris and Team! Keep up the good work!
