Unprofessional, and really bad and rude customer serviceHonestly, if you're looking for to dispose your car for and pay extra for it instead of getting paid, then look no further. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.I filled the online quote and they gave me a call and i told them to come and check the car. They sent the flatbed and told the driver to take the car for FREE even though we never discussed the prices yet. After negotiating for lengthy period we agreed on a price and he proceeded to remove the car without giving me any paper or anything that even resemble a professional work and i had to remind and ask him for a receipt and was given a small paper with nothing on it except the price and my own signature.The driver was also rude - (He kept saying that since I'm from the middle east i probably don't need the money for the car and that i should've given it up for free).A while later I got mails from the DoT concerning the plates and that i should return them. I emailed acquiring about that, i was told that it was my responsibility to remove the plates and that it was mentioned on their website which I admit I missed.However, it was the first time i dispose a car and had no idea what i should and shouldn't do and I remember quite clearly that the driver checked the car inch to inch and everything about the car without mentioning that i should remove the plate.

Premier Car Removals, please read your email enquiries properly before causing people to wait at home most of the day for absolutely nothing. I submitted an online enquiry for a quote stating that wheels, motor, radiator, gearbox and left rear shockie not included which was fine. Was responded to quickly and then called to arrange for a 10am pickup. Stayed at home waiting till 11:14 so called to see what was happening - was told the driver should arrive shortly. At 1:50pm called again and was told the hiab truck is still broken down so no-one is coming (told truck was broken down 2 days before when arranging pickup so there mustn't have been anyone coming at all today), during conversation I mentioned that old receipts for ownership had been given to the person I sold the motor too and then I was told Premier Car Removal don't take cars without engines! Who knows what you thought motor not included" in my original enquiry meant.... People value their time

I was extremely happy with the service and price they offered me. The driver was friendly, professional and arrived 30 mins early. I highly recommended their service. Thank you again.

AVOID! Told me that my copper pipe was actually stainless steel and could only do a stainless price on it, didn't even test it. Went to another place, they tested it and yes of course it was copper and ended up getting a way better price than what Pemier offered when I called up (20% better).

Brilliant service!! Called them and they were able to pick my car up the same day. Gave me the same cash in hand as I was quoted. Both the people I talked to on the phone and pickup were both super friendly with a great sense of humour, which is pretty hard to find!! Was a joy to deal with - much thanks!!
