Fantastic experiences so far! I’ve been here twice, once with Josie for laser hair removal and again today with Simone for microdermabrasion. Both visits I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable. They were on time, answered all my questions and generally made me feel special. I love that I can book and pay online in my own time, and reschedule easily. Looking forward to repeated visits!

For my experiences, it's the best laser clinics I have been to. Staff is friendly, access is convenient. I can see my skin's improvement.They also recommend aftercare skin products with reasonable price. It really works great on me.The only issue I have, if I bough treatments in shop, actually I cannot see how many treatments left for me. The thing made me nervous because of some staffs seems have no idea either. I have been asked to pay even I already prepaid. So I made my order online next time however I still cannot see my own order details and how many treatments have been used.

If I could give them a zero I would. My very first experience with this place was an absolute joke.I have been waiting 2 weeks to see the nurse. They rang me on the day of my appointment to advise she was sick and they had to reschedule - fair enough.Then on the day of my new appointment date I rang them to confirm my appointment and they said all is fine for 12pm.I arrived 10 minutes early (as recommended) and waited my turn.When it hit 12:05pm one of the woman advised me the nurse shouldn't be long. I didn't mind as usually a 5 or even 10mins wait was normal as some appointments can run a little longer - but not 20mins.Shortly after, all 3 woman at the front desk disappeared for lunch. All 3 left the front desk unattended with a waiting customer and took off.I waited a total of 20mins and still the nurse hadn't seen me. I had to actually call out 'hello' so I could get someone's attention from the back. I was furious by then as no one was there to provide an update on my appointment.When someone finally made it out to the front desk I asked for my deposit which was met with 'uh I have to ask my manager, can we refund you over the phone' - but didn't bother to ask why I was asking for my deposit back.At that point, the rest of the therapists came back and I asked for my deposit back to which she was hesitant about until I insisted to have it back now. The gave me my deposit back and still didn't question why until I asked why the nurse was taking so long. They responded with the usual, maybe her appointment was running late etc etc but no definite answer.By time I received my deposit and was out of there it was 12:30pm and still no sign of the nurse.I was absolutely appalled by their lack of care, and customer service skills. They couldn't care in the slightest if I had my appointment or not and made no apology for their behaviour or how they handled my appointment.I do not recommend going to this place for anything at all.

Hannah with the pink hair is amazing if i wasn't recommended i wouldn't have gone there but she is amazing at her job , she makes it so easy and comfortable ,i highly recommended her for any thing you need done amazingly beautiful person

I absolutely love the staff that are currently working at Laser Clinics Bathurst. They are so welcoming and kind and make the environment feel like a very nice place to be in. Great services provided.

Being a single mother I find it hard to do anything without my youngest daughter and to be told today I can’t bring her.. well forget it I won’t be back.. before it’s never been a problem as she has sat at the door with my phone while I go in the room I’m not even in the room for 5 mins. But since the new manger started I can’t do that.. well I won’t be recommending this clinic to anyone ever again
