I have had to pay twice to repair a product that broke within a month. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend avoiding Zamel's especially this one

Poor after care and repair services, had to pay extra for something that broke after less than 2 months and then it broke again the next day. Shouldn't have to pay extra $$$$ to fix a problem that shouldn't happen in the first place. I feel the staff also don't want to listen to your problem and try and fix it.

An absolute rip off. I got scammed at the Morley store. I got charged $219 for a ring which is supposed to be $79What an absolute joke. I feel so violated. Please stay away.

Jo - the store Manager is lovely, polite and professional and today made my absolute year giving me a HUGE discount on a gorgeous, quality piece.Zantta, who sold it to me, was also absolutely brilliant.. when I started crying knowing how much this will mean to the recipient she even asked if I would like a hug and in this day and age those human touches are so amazing and needed.What an experience. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart ladies. Christina xx
