Hands down the worst courier service I've ever encountered (even worse than StarTrack) pick ups don't happen for days. Estimated delivery times are arbitrary. Scanning of items for tracking is non existent (and yet somehow miraculously appears if you call them to find out why a delivery is taking 20 add days to arrive), Do not recommend using this service, Australia Post would be faster and easier to track.

Consistently poor service. I witnessed one throwing my parcel over my gate whilst i was home. They leave items outside the front gate. They don't close the gate. Avoid at all costs! Can't rate them lower... absolutely the worst!

I live in an apartment complex with a mix of apartments and town houses with 2 entrances. The couriers please driver continues to leave parcels on top of the letter boxes without phoning or using the intercom to notify the parcel is being delivered. The parcels are then left in the open susceptible to theft and rain. I will be recommending to suppliers to not use Couriers Please.

Customer Service completely hopeless. Proof was provided that their own contractor delivered a parcel to the wrong address. It has been over 9 weeks and 30 emails and still no satisfactory response.Would never use this company by choice.

Trying to track an item and was connected to an agent for manual assistance. When I sought for more clarification on inconsistent information, the agent disconnected me just because. I understand that issues may arise, but I'm a firm believer that it's the management of those issues which sets the quality of a service. Conclusion - don't bother with them if you're expecting good customer service.

Don’t even want to give them 1star …. Would never recommend them to anyone . Parcels left in a very unsafe location ( they admitted as much ) and were consequently stolen . Their “Customer Happiness champions” just offer up company rhetoric .

never use this company for anything placed order over two weeks ago and still not arrived and now they say they don't know where where it is but wont say its lost but that is the definition of lost customer service team is useless no one has any idea what they are doing in this courier company

Contrary to some reviews, I have had two good experiences with Couriers Please in recent months. The latest was from suburban Sydney to an apartment building in Canberra in under 24 hours, and notifications on pick up, dispatch, on board for delivery and delivered.

Absolutely disgusting service...and still have NOT received the goods I've ordered. Service is literally non-existant as you CANNOT speak to a human. It's all bot live chats. Will never use this company again nor merchants who use this courier as their mailing service.

They're prices and deliveries are way better than Australia Post/ startrek . Australia Post use to be awesome but went downhill fast. Don't change a thing. My parcels always come in one piece and quick delivery. Everyone in my family always opts for courier please if their in the delivery options over others great work
