Our Vet Underwood

Had to bring my dog here for a follow up after she had pancreatitis . The vet was amazing the nurses at the front were lovely . Made my partner and I feel comfortable and my dog very calm . Prices are very reasonable which is a bonus ! Would recommend bringing your pets here if you want great staff and even better treatment.

Would give 0 star if i could!! Called in to book an appointment and the vet receptionist was so rudee. My dog was in pain so I took him here where they charged me triple the price for medication, the meds come in 2 tube in a box and they charged me for the individual tube from one box of meds. Absolutely Ridiculous!!

I want give a big thank to these lovely professional staff! My kitten had desex today, his testicle was found in his tummy! I was so worried about him! Thanks Rimon remove it and also explain to me many details about what things happen and show me the pictures of what they done. My kitten now is very happy and well. Thank you guys very much!

Seems there isn't any vets working there at underwood anymore and it's a pain having to go to bloody Browns Plains so I think we'll go looking elsewhere.

You can tell the staff are very passionate about their jobs here and I trust that they are providing the best care. They are very caring, helpful and super friendly! They treat my puppy like it is their own. They are also very responsive via email and were very helpful when I requested documents for a pet insurance claim. Highly recommend this vet.

NO STARS ..... I would not recommend if you have a very unwell pet, even if you are a regular paying the monthly payments for the inhouse insurance. I WAS a regular customer and i will never take my pet there again. Their focus is behavioural training for stress and anxiety rather then accepting the symptoms the diagnosis and focusing on the care and future plan for that care. They were very successful in making an extremely stressful pet owner distraught when advising they would not longer accept my pet for hospitalization unless crate training was completed. My pet was breeder raised for 13 months and is fully crate trained he is not a great fan for 2 days in there. I wouldalso like to point out there were no concerns mentioned for my pet who had just spent two days in the emergency hospital with mention or concern in this area. The hospital only had concern for my pets stress due to his condition which would be stressful for any pet. I am disgusted with the whole experience. I suggest you think about your focus in the future and if you only wish to treat well animals best make customers of your business aware of that. Advertised you are a health check facility and no more.

What a rip off place! Been taking my dog to there for 5 years. Never provide any report on health check and blood test. Never supplied prescription! Charge $19.99 ‘dispensing fee’ for $5 medicine (4 tables)! Charge $45 for medicine that can be found in pet chemist for $20.. will not go there again!
