Dealing with this business has been a huge disappointment. I approached them about creating a ring for a birthday and the time frame they came up with dragged on and on past the occasion I needed it for. Then when it was finally ready, it was the wrong size and the design was not comfortable to wear. I tried to work thru options with them but they just were not open to it. It of course ruined the whole occasion and joy of the experience and I just walked away.
