After signed contract no support just take money . If customer complaint by default franchise is loser.

I used Jason Goulder to install new gates at my home. He did an outstanding job, he took so much care to make sure that everything was perfect!!! All this with a friendly smile, it’s hard to find great workmanship, great attitude , great product and care of the little finishing touches but Jason ticked all the boxes. Will definitely recommend and be using again !!

It's ultimately a scam!I called Jim's fencing, and they have sent me a contractor. The guy removed my fence and the side gate. And I had some comments on the job he told me I need to pay more money and I approved after providing the new quotation (it took him five days for that!). And he told me the job would be done in less than one week.And now, even after approving the new quotation, he hasn’t provided any dates.I called Jim fencing more than one time, and they did nothing!I have paid 50% as a deposit, and I’ve been without a fence or side gate for more than two weeks!Which is not safe at all!!!!!Please don’t use them! Just contract any fencer directly and pay only 10% as a deposit!

Organised a quote for fencing the front of the property.Employee told me he would call when he was an hour away. I ended up having to call him to confirm he was still coming. Employee came in a 'Jim's Asbestos Removal' truck. He had to ask to borrow a tape measure. I asked how he would determine the fence line and he said 'I don't know, i'll just line it up the neighbours fence'. He told me he would get back to me within a week to provide a quote. It's been over a month and I've still not heard from him. Would not recommend Jim's Fencing to anyone, completely unprofessional. I just hope this employee doesn't have the same work ethic when removing asbestos as well.
