Help Employment & Training

Would be great if they did more to get me an office or government job. They should be applying for more jobs on our behalves. Some female staff look you up and down inappropriately to give you hint. Spoke to the Manager today 28/3/19, she doesn't believe you that it happened, you can tell. When you know it did happen. I don't make things up and why would you do it to a gay guy, when they know in the first place. Its beyond me. No thanks, please find me a fulltime Monday to Friday job thankyou.

I wish I could give a negative rating. Terrible company, terrible employees and completely useless. All these companies profiteering off unemployment are literally the worst and I hope they get closed forever one day.Edit:Dear owner, I've already given your company my insight, multiple times. You literally don't care because you don't have to. All you have to do is meet your requirements" as set out by gov and you get paid."

Incredible staff who really go beyond for their clients. The assistance that was given to me in my search for what is now my new job has been far better than what I could have expected from other organisations. They really pumped up my enthusiasm to 11. Kudos to the Mitchelton team: they rock.

Help Enterprises at Mitchelton are a fantastic team, extremely helpful and professional, nothing is too hard or impossible for them. I honestly wouldn't be where I am without their help and support over the last few years.

Very friendly, helpful & supportive staff. John my Employment consultant is great & Deb the Manger is fantastic.I attended the “Deadly 2 Devlop” workshop run over 3 days & Richard our trainer was Awsome and the content was very relevant.This is one of the best job network providers in the area.

AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL HELP @ MITCHELTON! Janet Marjoribanks has been the greatest case worker I’ve ever had - compassionate, empathetic, encouraging, supportive and enthusiastic. Also big thanks to psych Steph who helped me with my issues more than any counsellor or psychiatrist/psychologist I’ve been to. thank you to help at Mitchelton for all of my support especially to Sara who gives me ongoing support, sara is extremely helpful and flexible with my appointments due to my work commitments, she offers extra ongoing support by picking me up after work so i can attend my appointments with her as i have disabilities/medical condition with my knees, we also have regular phone contact too she makes me feel comfortable that i can talk to her about absolutely anything and always listens to me and my needs especially when i need advice for work situations she always encourages me to do my job to the best of my ability and praises me when i get extra work which makes me happy it makes me feel important. It brightens my day being able to have this kind of support and i appreciate having sara as my case worker she is the best keep up the good work Sara and Help enterprises mitchelton.
