Treehouse Early Learning Centre - Pimpama

Being my sons first kindy Treehouse Early Learning centre have gone above and beyond to make his transition as smooth and welcoming as possible. With his separation anxiety the educators have been so loving to him which has really put my mind at ease. The communication has been great and the centre is always sparkling clean. I cannot wait to enrol my other child !

This is a beautiful centre and most the educators are awesome.Our son is deaf in one ear and can be overwhelmed by loud environments. He is also, like most one year olds, teething.My wife gave him panadol in the morning and was told “we don’t like the kids to have Panadol because it could mask symptoms of Covid”He lasted one hour and my wife was called to pick him up. One hour. Her only child free day. One hour. Because he was teething. When she got there he was happily playing.My wife emailed Kylie the manager and explained she was a bit annoyed about the treatment.Over the course of three emails Kylie REFUSED to say sorry for my wife being upset, told her she was completely lying about anyone saying anything about Covid and then said “we will waive the two weeks notice if you don’t want to come back”How hard is it to say “sorry”?Again beautiful centre, but if Kylie is manager and Stacey is assistant manager don’t bother. Heartless, completely non caring and utterly unempathetic.

Treehouse Early Learning Pimpama has exceeded my expectations of a safe, welcoming and thorough childcare for my 2 girls. As a mother who prides in cleanliness, attention to detail and comfort of my children, the staff at Treehouse go above and beyond to ensure that these expectations are met.I miss my girls every minute I am not with them, but at pick up time, hearing the stories they tell me about their productive and fun day, makes every minute worth it.I highly recommend Treehouse Early Learning to all attentive parents out there, they are amazing!

Such a beautiful center. Very well thought out with a great atmosphere. The staff are all soo helpful and friendly. Communication is so effective with the use of storypark, love seeing what my daughter got up to for the day and any important information is never missed. Her educators always keep me informed and are very attentive to my daughter. It has made our adjustment soo easy. We love them ☺️

I cannot express just how amazing this centre is. I personally shopped around more than 6 centres for my daughter and instantly knew this was the one. They listen to you and your needs and completely supported us with our separation anxiety. I feel confident and know they will tell me if she is unsettled and trust in their abilities as not only caters but educators. Love their efforts for my daughter.

I was very hesitant to send my kids to a new kindy, I'd looked at other daycares in the area over 2 years and just kept them in at a Nerang centre and made the long trips in traffic everyday they attended. This year my youngest is now my last in daycare on his own for the first time so I decided to check out Treehouse Early Learning Centre. I'm so glad I made the move! My son is really happy and enjoying his new kindy! At first he was a bit upset as he had only ever been to the one kindy, within a couple of weeks he has come right out of his shell and absolutely loves it, the ladies here are lovely and made him feel safe and welcome! He has made so many new friends and really loves all the activities he gets to do everyday! I've always had high anxiety, it wasn't easy for me to move him but I'm definitely glad I did. He has settled in very well and I couldn't be happier with the ladies and service. Thank you for being so welcoming! Highly recommend!

my 2 year old has started in class wattle about 3 weeks ago attending 2 days a week. her teachers are absolutly amazing shes still a bit sad when i leave her but she has gotten so close to her teachers and everytime i pick her up she is always smilling telling me she loves her new kindy. our 1 year old starts in 2 weeks time. i highly recommend this childcare center such a wonderful team feels great leaving my children knowing they will be looked after alisha

My son started in December and has absolutely loved the kindy, the teachers in all rooms have been amazing and so welcoming. The food is always fresh and my son is loving trying new foods. He has made so many friends and is developing with his education

Would NOT recommend. My child was locked in a storage cupboard and not one staff member noticed until they went to get something out of said cupboard. The whole situation was played down, and the actions that followed were not acceptable. The lack of stable staff (high turn over), and activities for the children. The small play areas for the younger ones with very limited shade, like a herd of cows in a yard.I will give credit to a limited number of staff (who have since left the centre) a high recommendation as caring, beautiful and a passion for children. However as these staff have left.The centre should be closed down from the number of incident reports and investigations that have occurred.Very disappointing considering when we started the centre was flawless, to now a poorly run centre where no parent should feel safe leaving their child.

My 8 month old and 3 1/2 year old have been going here since the start of the year. We had to move child care centres as we moved up north and it was so hard to find a centre that I felt comfortable with. Once I met with theteam at Treehouse I knew Willow and Freya were in safe hands! The girls are loving it and I love hearing from Willow all the amazing things they have learnt in Senior Kindy, and watching Freya thrive interacting with other babies and enjoying new sensory activities!! Could not recommend this centre and child care educators more!!
