Paradise Valley Camping Ground
Great location to camp and enjoy. Facilities are clean & well looked after. Grounds are beautiful and kept. River is great to swim in, swallow enough in places and deep enough in others. Not sure why people are going on about the staff, we book via email, go in, pay, and then don't ever have to see them again. Unlike other camping grounds where you get followed or bothered by owners. Its a great spot, no reception perfect for that holiday and get away!

Perfect weekend away. Such a beautiful property and well maintained. Friendly hosts who really take pride in making sure the grounds are safe for everyone to enjoy.

Beautiful grounds - the experience was spoiled by local residents that decided to come hunting in the field opposite the campsite right by the boundary, and fired several riffle shots (10-15) in the middle of the night with the use of spotlights which terrified the kids. It lasted for about 45 min around 1am.Campsite owners shrugged it off the next morning, part of bush life"."

Great location, camp sites well maintained and presented. Toilet block clean and tidy. Staff were great, they helped out friends of our who visited for the day, and spent 10 minutes chatting to us about the local area etc over a coffee as we checked out.It was our first time visiting and enjoyed every minute. The park was family friendly and well set up.Will definitely return.

Fantastic off-grid farm based campground. Kids loved swimming and cruising down the river on inflatables. Caught some Perch fishing in the swimming hole. Adults enjoyed some time around the campfire (permitted all year round)

Great place, hardly any other campers at this time (2nd week of May). It felt like we had the place for ourselves. Toilets and showers were clean. Had a great spot at the river. Sheep walking around. Place has fire drums to light a fire in the evening to stay warm. The stars are amazing. There is very limited internet, you will have to climb a steep hill to get some sort of connection, just a great place to relax..

Easy to see from photos that this spot is paradise, but they don't show how well run it is. Friendly staff who are clear that rules are to be followed, helpful when we had friends arriving late and the amenities were clean. Top spot and next time I won't wait over 30 years between visits.

Lovely spot with great views and beautiful water.Disappointed with the inflexibly of booking. We shared a site/booking with some friends who were staying for four nights, and we only came for the weekend. My friend had called up and advised of this arrangement. My friend had already paid for 2 adults for the four nights before we arrived, and when we came for the weekend, we were told that as we were sharing with them, we were being charged for the four night too. We found this to be quite greedy and a lack of understanding.$160 was way to much to be charged for a weekend away camping on an unpowered site.

Aptly named! What a spot. A huge choice of large, grassy and flat sites to park your van or setup your tent. Enough trees around to get some afternoon shade if needed. A smaller powered section in the center. Well looked after amenities block - though if you're at either end of the park, there's a bit of a walk to them. Idyllic location close to the river with a few assorted sheep grazing around.
