When I started my journey with Sequin Consulting, I was not in a good place mentally, I had a deep hatred for myself, lacked confidence and had no goals or desire for the future.I originally only signed up for the 6-week course Unapologetic. This course changed my life, I learnt more about myself in those 6 weeks then I had in my entire life. We uncovered and shifted many of my limiting beliefs, that were holding me back in life. For the first time I saw worth in myself and my abilities, which resulted in me receiving a promotion and a pay rise, during the 4th week of attending Unapologetic.I got so much value out of Unapologetic that I made the easy decision to begin 1:1 coaching with Chrissy.Chrissy is probably the most genuine person I know, with such a positive energy and a true passion for helping people reach their full potential.From day one Chrissy has made me feel completely comfortable and safe to be real. Chrissy is an absolutely awesome coach. I have been working with her for a little while now and it has been great. Last week it went to a whole new level at a retreat she ran in Byron Bay. The experience was completely life changing and I have had so many shifts in beliefs, energy, self love and confidence. I couldn’t have imagined the retreat being any better.
