Costumer service is awful! Asked if they could show me the industrial foots and bobbins, which they replied they don’t know. Asked if they could assist me in finding a ruler for cm and not inches, could not help me. Asked about student discount- could not finish my question before being rudely interrupted with a “no!”. Won’t be going back !!!!

Friendly staff.No trolleys available, only hand carried baskets.However as someone who works in the disability field. The store is far too cluttered in the middle aisles to manoeuvre around properly. Parents with prams would find areas of the store difficult to move around without bumping into things

More than once the stickered marked down items have been charged full price. We always have to go back to rectify and it's not always possible if you're buying many such items. they really need to get it together and not over charge us like this. the system should reflect the prices marked down prices. I dread to think how many people have unwittingly been over charged like this.The staff otherwise are lovely in here.

There is everything in this store - not just crafts and material. Bed linen, kitchen ware, party supplies including balloons, sewing machines etc. The store in enormous and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Located upstairs University Woolworths - plenty of parking underneath the centre.

Like a bunnings for sewing/crafty/homebody kinda of people. Spent hours in there looking at all the interesting things. Got the best pillows at a steal price. Staff are fantastic

Spotlight MADE2MEAUSURE window treatments have NO customer service. If they stuff up, like they did with my order, you will find even 6 months later, no product and no resolution. THIS COMPANY is absolutely the worst at responding to customers. Quentin Gracanin the company you run may be making money but it relies on good customer reviews. Your M2M business is poor quality and totally lacking in quality control and good customer service. the brothers Ruben Fried and Morry Fraid should hang their head in shame - how would you like your family to be treated like this? Take people's money and don't deliver!

Nice spotlight and has a good selection. Staff seems ok. Went on a Monday morning so wasn't too busy. Can appear a bit congested with narrow aisles but this is minor issue and won't top me from visiting again. They do have a clearance section which is good if you wanna check out bargains.
