Greencross Vets Chatswood

I am normally not one to write a negative review but unfortunately the experience I encountered this morning turning up to this clinic with my pup to show & request for a checkup on his recent paw injury & to be turned away so abruptly by the nurse was absolutely terrible. there was no welcoming approach when entering the clinic not a smile or empathy of any sort & not a care in the world I am so unhappy with the lack of service & experience. I will be going to a more friendlier more accomodating Vet. You are not the only Vet on the North shore!

I was advised to call there as this was where I could communicate and respond with Michelle Kellaway,no offence to the staff member answering the phone, but didn't know of this name nor able to advise how to contact,only the generic email which all can view.Not helpful and if you can't assist should be able to ask someone that can then provide.

I took my foster kittens here today for the first time and was so impressed by how lovely, professional and polite the staff were. Couldn’t be more thankful to the team for being so welcoming and looking after two fur babies with compassion and love. Keep up the good work team!

What a joke of a place this vet has become ! I changed vets a few years ago to get quality service. Great for a needle jab and quick once over. If you actually have an emergency you cant get an appointment for 48hours. When i got to the vet for my appointment, the staff had forgotten to actually put in the system. Instead of actually checking if the vet could squeeze me in, the block head on reception could not work it out. This has sealed the deal for me. My pet matters. I will not be back and only feel it is fair to give them a review which deserves this poor quality service !

My appointment time is almost always kept, or very close if the animal before me is requiring extra attention. I don't mind waiting a little because it means the vets are very thorough and caring and they would do the same for Toby if his checkup required more time. I totally recommend Greencross Vets Chatswood, they are wonderful.

Have been taking our chihuahua cross to this vet for the last three years and they’ve always looked after her so well. The service is high quality, and as subscribers to this vet we receive very good pricing and discounts.

I have been using the Chatswood Greencross vets for the last 3 years. I have a 9 year old Viszla who is extremely reactive to strangers and other dogs. I tried several other vet clinics in the area but they were always very chaotic which is the worst thing for a fearful dog. From the first appointment when I told the staff that my dog was reactive they have been incredibly supportive and helpful. The Vet Michelle is exceptionally good with fearful/reactive dogs and will take however long is required to assess or treat Amber.Recently Amber needed to go in for some Xrays and whilst under anaesthetic she had an allergic reaction. This was a complete shock to everyone but all the staff reacted quickly and effectively under pressure to save Ambers life.If I ever have any questions the team is also very helpful via phone and email.I can't recommend the team more. They are professional, knowledgable and most of all loving and supportive to all the animals they treat.
