Terrible service. The first thing the phone greeting says when you call in is “do you know you can do walk-ins?” And then combined with never actually answering the phone, make you believe you could just walk in and get your x-ray without any booking. Plus their website does not have a booking system apart from a “request a booking” which I suspect nobody checks because I requested a booking >2 weeks ago and never heard back. I have been at two separate branches in the past week - St Albans and Paisley St, at different days, both of which asked if I had an appointment and proceed to tell me they can’t help because there isn’t any slot today or no radiologist attending today.If you are reading this Capital - change your phone greeting & actually have a booking system online.If any physicians are reading this - please stop referring patients to them. If I relied on the reviews alone I would never choose this provider.

I had the worst experience with this center. Went there for the first ultra sound scan. The Lady performing was from Asian decent. Extremely rude and arrogant, I have had 1 and one lts of water and she was insisting i have had nothing. We requested to hear the heart beat and she did not let us. My husband and me both were disappointed. Not recommending this center, worse experience ever. The center lacks empathy and kindness.

I rang up early today to book for an ultrasound. The lady on the phone was polite and told me I could just come in. I arrived around 9am without an appointment and got seen immediately. The lady of Asian descent who did my ultrasound was friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable.

Staff capable, kind and caring, from admin to technical and medical staff.. Yes sometimes we have to wait longer than we might hope. People come here for complex procedures. We need to stay calm, and remember to be grateful for services such as this.

Will never ever recommend anyone to go there!!! Staffs are sooo sooooooo rude!The lady with Asian ancestry who did my Ultrasound was extremely rude, arrogant and seemed like she didn’t have any basic knowledge about the conditions!I am 33 weeks pregnant. She was asking me to take deep breath and hold for long!! I got really tired and felt like i am out of breathing after 10 mins! I told her, I am pregnant, I become breathless so easily! Please give me some time!She totally ignored me and behaved like she was in hurry, she couldn’t even hear me at all! And keep asking to breath and hold in such inhuman way!!I just asked her politely, is everything ok? She replied, I am not gonna tell you anything! Ask your doctor! And just left the room without any other words after finishing the scan showing me her back!I went for ultrasound of liver to confirm Cholestasis of pregnancy! The lady asked me why was the investigation for. I said I have extreme itchiness, so doctor wants to look for liver Cholestasis ( itching is the main or sometimes only symptoms for liver cholestasis). The lady was repeatedly saying, ‘you have itching, then why liver examination, that doesn’t make any sense!’ Seems like doesn’t have any basic knowledge at all!Such a disappointing experience! I got really upset with such rudeness!

Jeez, it's busy. Told to get here 15 minutes earlier so I can have the privilege of sitting for 45 minutes instead of 30.No car parking and I suspect people from there hospital park in the car park.Only came here because I had no choice. Over $6 for parking. Doubtful I'll be back.

The receptionist is horrible at this clinic . She (Asian lady)was very aggressive , rude and no apologies. very disappointed this poor customer service.

I visited the centre today for an ultrasound. I was scheduled for 1.20pm but unfortunately lost my way and called them to apologize for the delay. The receptionists were very kind and I'm fact told me to take my time. The waiting time was barely 10 mins and everything from the payment, to the claim receipt and my ultrasound went smoothly. I was nervous about the scan but Dr Wayne was very kind and a thorough professional. Sometimes when you're stressed, this kind of positive experience really helps!

Reception is always professional and patient (on the phone and on-site) despite the clinic being very busy. I’ve spoken to Serena several times and she is always kind and accommodating. On multiple occasions, reception always explain the upfront costs, Medicare rebates, and pre- appointment instructions for my ultrasound. I never feel rushed on the phone. Jim, the sonographer is gentle, calm and professional. Please expect to wait beyond your scheduled appointment time. Often, (and understandably so) patients are anxious about their scans and nervous about their symptoms/ diagnosis- and these amazing technicians and doctors are doing their best to ensure patients feel at ease and assured whilst performing comprehensive scans and reports.
