I was recommended to John. I phoned him, he asked what I needed. John told me to bring my car down to have a puncture repaired and a new tyre fitted. Waited half hour, and had a coffee and a smoke. Spoke to the guys, and everything was done!! I am highly recommending this place. A family-owned business for 27 years. Thank you, John and your team, and your wife, for helping me out, very much appreciated!! A++++++++++++++++++. Debbe.

Puncture repair was done on the spot (no booking) with lightning speed, friendly atmosphere. Cost was $55 which was slightly more than other places that were fully booked for the day.

I've been to this tyre shop twice now. Both times outstanding service. Greeted by owner on both occasions and made staff available to fulfill my requests. First visit, I had purchased a set of offroad tyres and needed them on my 4x4 along with the balance and a wheel alignment. I called ahead on this occasion and was told to bring em down straight away. They were ready and got on with it as soon as I pulled up.Second visit, I had a spare tyre I needed on a rim and balanced up for me. Brought it in with no call ahead and was greeted by the owner who was more than accommodating. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Now if that's not good service, I don't know what is. Excellent prices, on both occasions. Keep up the good work tyreplus Townsville I'll be returning for sure.

These guys are amazing.. prompt.. respectful and eager to help a woman out. Nothing was a problem. Answered all my questions with ease andcwent that extra mile to make sure I understood everything.. highly recommend a vist if you need anything to do with tyres for any vehicle..
