These guys are AWESOME! We went into the Herston store with an idea... spoke with Lyn... and came out with the best ever advice and the perfect tiles for our reno! Lyn listened to what we wanted, found products within our (very low!) price range and helped arrange a quick delivery. What a power house of info!! We love the bathroom... and it looks bigger now thanks to Lyn's info! Much appreciated... we will be back for our next reno flip!!!And a big shout out to Matthew for the help he provided too... very understanding and helpful - fabulous customer service! Much appreciated!!

Mahli at the Underwood store was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful through the selection process. He then managed our order by phone and made it very easy. The delivery was fantastic. The tiles came on the day Mahli organised and the app was brilliant. We could even see the truck on the app as it came up our street. Scott was fast and efficient and dropped the tiles with care and precision exactly where we wanted them. All in all great service and I have not even mentioned the great prices, very highly recommended.

The tile collective are the best store to purchase your tiles from. I have used them twice thus far and recommend them to anyone. The price is great to suit my budget and when communicating with Lyn from the Herston store she could not have been more helpful. I told her what I was after and my price range and she found me my tiles. Had them delivered the driver placed them exactly where I wanted them. I was kept informed of timings of delivery. Thank you

Tile Collective Herston has a fabulous range of tiles including all the accessories needed. Lyn was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products she was selling and efficient. She presented the products in a way similar to how they will be laid in the room, not all laid out on a flat floor. We had been to several tile companies but only this store discussed issues with us that we hadn't even thought of yet, solving the issue before it became a bigger problem later on. Delivery service is brilliant. A tracker that advises you on the day of the time of delivery and then you can track the truck, giving the driver's name. This company is definitely a cut about the others. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Absolute best customer service and products !Both Nikki and Lyn were extremely professional and knowledgeable within their field. I’m a first time home buyer and we are tiling our house on our own. So both ladies made sure we had everything we needed to get the job done. They were so patient with myself and my family and ensured all our needs were met and followed up with product availability in a swift and timely manner.It has definitely made our experience less stressful and worth while.They are also very affordable for good quality tilesCouldn’t thank these ladies enough and will definitely be recommending friends and family in futureThank you to your team, you’ve all gone above and beyond!!

Shopping here was a breeze.Came in on a Saturday roughly 45mins before closing. Had a wander around the place to see if we could find something to our liking/ vision we had in mind. When the sales lady came over we had narrowed it down to 3 options. She helped us pick the best option for us, with good information and advice. Payment and delivery are sorted all at once.On the day of delivery we got a text in the morning with an ETA of delivery. Followed by a text when the driver was on its way to us including tracking in realtime. The driver was very helpful by positioning the pallet in a good spot for us.Tiles are laid and look amazing. Very good quality. Very happy.For the next project, you will definitely be seeing us again.

Don’t buy here. A ‘restock fee’ is charged if you cancel your order before tiles are delivered. Customers are not advised you need to be home for delivery otherwise tiles are left on street to be stolen. national tiles with a free & non ‘termed’ returns policy offers more flexibility & is a hassle free purchase.
