Lovely setting for photos. The lighthouse is fenced off so entry to where it is located is only available through the souvenir shop and costs $5. If you would like to enter the lighthouse and have a guided tour this costs extra. Souvenirs were very expensive which was disappointing. The views are worth the $5

A wonderful piece of Australian history that still serves an important purpose today. Definitely worth visiting and supporting. The tour guides are friendly, knowledgeable and locals too!

The Cape naturalist lighthouse tour is well worth doing. The tour guides a very well educated on the history of the lighthouse and surrounding areas. They keep the size of the tours to a minimum so you feel fully included in the tour. The view from the top of the lighthouse is magnificent of the Indian Ocean and surrounds. The lighthouse is only 19 metres high but is 100 m above sea level meaning the height from sea level is around 119 metres high.Plenty of parking available. You can by tix there or online for a gaurenteed time slot that suits you rather than turning up and possibly having to wait longer for next available tour.

This is the oldest lighthouse in Western Australia (I think). Recommend you book tickets but when we went it wasn’t busy. Book tickets to lighthouse along with cave tour to get a discount. Tour is about 20min long and you get to see inside and learn about how they built it. There are 3 cabins / homes still on the property that use to house the 3 families of the light house keepers. Pretty cool and nice views.

Stopped here on our way from Bunbury to Margaret River. We paid 5 per adult to walk around while son n grand paid 15 to climb the lighthouse as part of a group tour. Certainly worth paying for the climb n tour if that's what you're interested in doing. Informative and good view. it's just a short 4 storey climb. For the rest of us, just walking the area below the lighthouse was also fun and picturesque. especially when a rainbow appeared

The sign at the front states that within the precinct, you can view the keepers lodge and enjoy refreshments at the cafe within. It also states to find more information at the interpretive centre housed in another building. We paid the overpriced $5 each for entry and both buildings were shut tight. There was nothing to see or learn about the buildings or area. There is no information about the lighthouse onsite. The viewing deck was good but didn't offer views any better than could be sought at other, free, locations. The lighthouse is little taller than a two storey house and is unremarkable.Upon speaking with staff, they were unapologetic but advised us that the other lighthouse is amazing, but you'll have to pay another $7.50 per person to see that.Save your money folks and instead get some coffees in town and support a honest local business

Strongly recommend to get tickets to get up the lighthouse, as it’s small and the platform can only accommodate 10pax. Our guide Barry is fabulous! Great explanation and guide us thru. You may get the $5 tkt just to walk around the compound but I would suggest get the bundle Tickets online with Cape Nigili with 20% discount which is more worthwhile since you are traveling to that part of the world might as well just do it ! The view up there is stunning worth the green spiral staircase climb !

This not a very tall lighthouse but the tour is worth the extra money. Sam was a great tour guide and was quite passionate about the lighthouse, caves and the district in general. My wife and I had a nice chat with Sam (younger person)on the way back from the tour. Well done Sam on big an ambassador for the region.

Went for the guided tour, led by Sam. He was very knowledgeable about the area and its history and led the tour enthusiastically. My 6-year-old had no trouble climbing the lighthouse and we were treated to breathtaking views of the ocean and the coast.
