Flight Centre Claremont

Promises were made to me by member of this centre by the name of josh. He gave me an over priced quote originally for flights then he post poned our discussion to tend to another customer. So he promised to get me a quote of accomodation and get back to me by the next day. I was never even contacted at all, as a result I was unable to book my birthday holiday in time. if you go here I advise you don't see Josh unless you like being lied to.

I highly recommend Heidi and her wonderful team at Flight Centre in Claremont. I shall never again labour over decisions about flights and associated issues when Heidi and her team find the best prices and follow up with amazing service. I feel as though I am part of the Claremont Flight Centre family and that they truly care about my life and my travel plans. x Jennifer

Five stars for Cathrin!! My mother and I were in France when my mother was admitted to hospital for an emergency operation. I approached Flight Centre Claremont to help me devise a plan to travel out of Australia for work purposes during the tough period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Heidi was my travel consultant, and her sound judgements and professionalism saved me in the thousands of dollars and helped me to go ahead with booking my business travel in spite of some very tricky hurdles and cancelled flights that had to be worked around. I am super grateful for her service.

Excellent responsive help and advice in arranging a flight for 97 year old lady to Holland. Your care, understanding of her needs, and professionalism was outstanding. Information and updates along the way and going the extra mile to ensure she arrived safely and everything went smoothly

Booked a trip with Cathrin that was dependent on going through a few odd ball countries, Cathrin was so insightful with information and worked out the most efficient flight times. Flight Centre Claremont is an excellent travel agency! I am with them for the last ten years regularly travelling Perth-London-EU. They are always consistent and proactive in their service. Very professional Team! In corona crisis they quickly adapted to new rules giving adequate advises in advance and actively helping refunds and travel plans changing.I will definitely stay with this agency!

My friend and I booked a 4 week USA tour with Flight Centre Claremont. Being our first major overseas trip, we thought it would be best to seek some expert help.We booked through Josh and the experience has been nothing but stressful. Josh does not respond to emails. I am currently now still waiting for a response ONE MONTH after my initial email.Our trip is 100 days out and barley anything is organised. I haven’t received any receipts for any payments despite asking multiple times. Using flight centre has put a sour note on the entire trip. Instead of being excited I am completely stressed and frantically trying to book everything myself with 100 days out.Avoid flight centre at all costs. It’s not worth the stress.

Had read this other persons review below. But thought I would give Josh the benefit of the doubt. How wrong was I to do so. Chatted to him on the phone, he told me to email him the flights I was looking. Which I did an that he would get back to me ASAP as I told him I wanted to book that day. Four days later an still no email or call from him. Very disappointing, hence why I took my money elsewhere

Booking through Flight Centre has not been good. Booked flights earlier in the year (with Josh). Flights have changed and we have had to be reschedule at least three times already. I am left without any communication from Josh for weeks (over a month in one instance). Finally, I put in a complaint via the Flight Centre website, a week has gone by and still no response despite a three day complaint response policy. I rang the Kingsway Flight Centre to transfer my booking.. they said they would call me back later that day and still no response a week later. The last communication I received from Josh was a week ago, with attached an outdated invoice. Nice on the phone, but sorry, lost trust. Now, am trying to transfer my booking elsewhere where the reviews and customer service experience is better. No luck as yet.
