Staff openly belittle parents for keeping covid risk children home, and then refuse to apologise or even acknowledge their behaviour. Go elsewhere, you don't deserve to be treated as less than.

Clean, friendly, cheerful environment. Warm and doesnt smell of strong chemicals.Fabulous, just like having a warm bath.

Too many people in the aqua class very hard to move and to hear yhe instructor. There used to be 3 classes then 2 now one. Not much fun anymore.

Older pool, but well looked after with friendly instructors. Good shower and change facilities and plenty of change tables for those with infant swimmers. Ample parking. Option to pay weekly for lessons.

The staff are amazing. My children have learnt so much in the short time we have been attending. Nothing is too much to ask from the girls who work on the front desk. They are very helpful and always willing to assist with any questions you may have .

24/1/23....Proffessional friendly supportive staff, great facilities, unfortunately classes too big on Thursdays still, most people prefer a 2nd morning class option, time" to act on this....PLEASE! People have requested this 2yrs running now. PLEASE ACT ON THIS 2023!!!!"
