CROWN NAIL BEAUTY

I've been visiting Helen for manicures & pedicures since I moved to Camberwell. The salon is very clean & I like that I have my own box of tools to be used on my nails when I visit. One of the best nail bars I've visited in Melbourne - they do a great job every time & the SNS nails last for 4+ weeks!

Lovely place. They took care of me straight away really effective and lovely staff. Helen did a wonderful job.

The store was really short of staff the day I went. Although I have made an appointment and arrived on time, I still waited for about 20 minutes. Customers kept coming in for appointments and had to wait after me. The girl who did my nails was really rushed and my nails were done poorly. I can see a few nails looking bulky after the SNS and they were not done properly.I can understand that things come up sometimes but you shouldn’t have tried to keep all the customers with such shortage of staff or at least have some communication to give people options. This will only end up in losing customers in the long run.

Try my luck at last minute on Christmas Eve. They did fit me in without any hesitation eventhough it’s been a long day for them. I’m super glad that I have my nail art design done here because they look awesome!!! This place is a must! Clean and well-organised display, tons of colors to choose, friendly and skilfull staffs!!
