My family and I come here regularly. We enjoy the slightly different choices on the menu as well as the care in the presentation.Oriental Concept is by far our Thai of choice on the Central Coast.

Never to return15 yr on and off customer, arrived on sun eve, was quiet in restaurant, nousoc, kids doing homework and audible youtube sounds. Got table, was not told that there would be a lengthy delay as heaps of take away orders, food ended up being pretty good but it took a very good 45 mins to an hour after ordering to get some food. Then the last one 20 mins after.They brought out comp prawn crackers near the end of the wait. (Good for the trash)I get its a family business, but they just moved thiet kid behind counter which continued to ipad youtube away quite loud. And again no music in restaurant.Asked for my dish to be hot spicy , got chilli flakes on the side which were not hot at all . Why not put fresh chillis in the curry like every other thai place?I voiced my concerns that we were not told about the certain delay and chilli kot hot, no music, youtube noise, maybe 20% was understood. Charged full price for everything including chilli flakes.Good riddance.Boon thaiSaran thaiAny thai that isnt sara thai

Thai restaurant is very beautiful and exotic, sweet and lovely waiter, cool big chef, delicious lunch~ Dear, you must taste ~ sweet and sour dishes, and my favorite broccoli, other dishes I also want to try ~ but I can't eat my stomach, I hope I can bring my parents together to taste it later~ Thank you boss and staff for your hospitality~

Absolutely delicious Thai food in Saratoga. Such a great find, I have not been down here for awhile and I can’t believe this place existed and I have not known about it before! The service was fantastic and all the food was very authentic and traditional with some extra dishes you normally don’t find on usual Thai menus. I had the Golden Bags (big money bags!) and the Siam Cashew Chicken. I’ll be back.

Used to be great but the last several times we've ordered they've lost our order, food has arrived an hour after the time we were told or items have been missing. The food quality has gone downhill too. Everything used to be so well balanced and delicious. They seem to have made a bunch of their dishes too sweet now and much less authentic"."

A gorgeous Thai restautant. A wonderful addition to the Central Coast. Rich, authentic food. 5 star thai curries. A real FIND in Saratoga. 5 stars!!

Lovely little restaurant.Service of the young waitress was amazing.Spring rolls yummo.Food did take a long time to come out .
