Just awful. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The hairdresser did not speak or understand English, which is something that I could have overlooked if the other staff could accurately translate what I was saying. Unfortunely the horrible haircut that I received showed that that was not the case. In fact I had to book an appointment at a more reputable hair dressers the next day to fix the mess that was made. The male hairdresser was extremely rough with me, pulling my head back and stabbing the back of my head with the comb. He kept saying something to me in Vietnamese that I obviously did not understand, making me very uncomfortable. I am not over exaggerating when I say that it was the worst customer service experience I've ever received. The appearance and location fooled me into thinking that this place was legitimate, definitely not the case.During my experience, I could see that all the other customers were in similar positions to me and were disappointed also. The other five star ratings are obviously fake. No way any one would give this place 5 stars. I deeply regret believing the Google rating when I searched for a hairdressers in the city.Edit: after a response from the owner, I can now see that this salon is owned by a LIAR. I have phone records from the day I booked an appointment and they have the audacity to claim that I went to a different salon"! The hair dresser who did my hair was definitely a male

I came here while I was on holidays from Sydney and this place is great! Cheap! $35 for manicure which includes short stone massage. Omg don’t know the name of the girl I had but she gave the BEST foot massage ever. Seriously do this while your in cairns! Worth it! The girls here are so lovely they let me stay in the massage chair for half an hour longer after the pedicure. Thank you girls for this! :) Left walking out here relaxed :)

This was my first visit here in need of a pedicure.It was also the first time I had a young lady do the pedicure.Firstly, the whole atmosphere was relaxed with soft music and really comfortable chairs. The foot and leg massage was firm but gentle, and I could have stayed all day. When it was over I was left in the chair until my nails dried and I actually fell asleep.I left with not only pretty toes but a complete sense of wellbeing.

Was reluctant to post this because the lady who I talked to after i presented her with my problem was super lovely but I had to post this. I visited the salon on Saturday 28th September in prep for an important event. Hands down the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life. I didnt realize how messed up it was until I straightened it, as I had it curled after I asked for a trim, wash, treatment and blow dry. And omg, I couldnt believe it. The lady who i spoked to after when I came back on Monday (I still had it curled til then) refunded me the price of the haircut ($30) But unfortunately, this still really put me out of pocket trying to fix this. I expected more for $115.

I went here with my mum we both got a pedicure and I got my hair cut, washed and blow dried. I would definitely recommend going here. The staff were really nice, one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. They took their time with my hair and I didn’t feel rushed to get out of the chair like some hairdressers do.

I am a regular visitor to this Salon. I have visited a number of different salon's over the years and they are first class at what they do. The Shellac polish looks really natural (not thick and gel-like!) and lasts forever. I have also had my make-up done on a few different occasions and what I love about the end result is that people commented on how my eyes looked, how my skin was glowing rather than commenting on my make-up! Ben is a real artist and uses the right colors and techniques to bring out the best of your natural features without overpowering the face with make-up. If you are visiting beautiful cairns then steal a few hours for yourself and chill our with Nina and the girls for a true pampering session.

It usually take about 50 minutes to do my infill. I was at this salon for 1 1/2 hours!The lady looked like she would rather be anywhere else and she was so rough with the electronic files! The skin around my nails is sore and cracked and it stings just from the touch of water!I've also never had to pay an extra $5 to shape my nails?I also asked for a matte finish and the lady got defensive and tried to convince me to have a shiny finish because she thought it wouldn't look good. I happen to like matte nails thanks.Definitely will not be coming back.

Firstly the the foot spa was cold and nasty and I didnt even get offered to have the water changed or move to another seat. Pedicure looked like it was done by an ameture! The nail technician practically botched my acrylics as they were uneven and bumpy and one finger bled from the horrible filing! I will say the staff were friendly but the lack of service, professionalism, training and customer care just overweighed everything and I left feeling extremely dissapointed and cheated!

Needed a gel fill manicure during my stay in Cairns - read the reviews on Google and decided to give this salon a call. From start to finish, a really nice experience! This full service salon is clean & pleasant and the owner couldn't be nicer! I'm going back in a couple of weeks for another mani before I go home! Thanks
