really nice stop for a meal! we had the curried scallop pie (pretty good), beef mushroom pie (really good) and custard scroll (a bit too sweet for our liking). the place was nice and cozy, theres parking behind the cafe, and the toilets were clean

Not much to say other than the raspberry custard tart (or cake as you call them) was great!Really nice and light sweet to go with our coffee.Had the curried scallop pie which is not pictured and thoroughly enjoyed that snack.Coffee was ok.Was quite busy for an Easter Saturday morning. The only cafe that was opened at 7-8am to get us going!

I love me some banjo’s but this place needs to up its game when it comes to cleanliness and service time. Took a good 15 mins for takeaway coffee to be provided. More busy now since Zeps has closed down (RIP) so Banjos need to increase their staff levels to compensate.

Great customer service, very busy place but enough staff to cover the whole crowd. Huge space available, very clean place, enough car park. The foods are very fresh and quality of the food is excellent. I would recommend this place for quick pullover and for refreshments.

Thank you Kasey for such fantastic service today. Myself, my manager and two colleagues came and got hot drinks and something to eat. You were fast, efficient courteous and friendly.Even my boss remarked how good your service was. Thank you.

Stop here regularly and have always had good service regardless of how busy it is!Today was a shocker! Especially Natalie who was nothing short of rude and incompetent! I was told I have to give her my keepcups in order of how I ordered the coffee, what rubbish!! there is a space on the system to write the colour of the cup for each drink so the barista knows! She didn't seem to know anything about the new luncheon deal, so that was a problem for her .We ordered a pie as the very first item, we got to a table realising we didn't have it went back and she argued with us saying we never ordered even though it was the first item! No apology whebshe saw it just a pie shoved at us and a bark of NEXT PLEASEAs a Banjos frequent flyer and supporter I'm shocked. If she can't handle a busy day she has no business being front office staff!

Sausage rolls were excellent. A longer one should be considered for those on the go however. The quiche was an easy finish and the blueberry tart was well balanced. The vibe was on point and gave it excellent character. This was my first stop in Tasmania for the first time and if I come back will return to this bakery!

Do your self a favour and stop here...This place has a great range of bakery items, and very tasty too! Great coffee, great service and the facilities in this place are second to none. Very clean toilets in the bakery, plenty of room to sit down have a break from your driving and enjoy the food and service.

Disappointed with the curried egg sandwich, was just bland and tasteless. And frankly overpriced at $7.80 (something). Service was also not pleasant. Coffee was good. Giving 2 stars for sitting area and cleaniness.
