Came on the day that was booked on, friendly, straight to the point and diagnose the problem of my multi split system aircon and provided the price..Would recommend to friends and family.

Great effort from the team at Singh's Aircon. Had my split air system installed during the busy summer period. Price was very reasonable and workers did a very good job.

I recommend the company, works completed. Feedback is lack of communication on what's happening as property is tenanted. Requested office to contact us yet no communication. Motor was changed, no photos or phone call on what was done just INVOICE requesting payment. After tons of emails been advised Motor left in ceiling, tenant went and confirmed it.

Came to service. He took cash. He didn't repair or diagnose a thing paid him $190.00Now he claims that he didn't even come to repair the unit.He was so rude over the phone. It's incredible being a consumer you have to face this in a first world country like Australia.Please ask him for an invoice or else you'll be duped. I'm going to consumer affairs with this.This man is too Dodgy. He said it was all good to pay in cash and now claims that I wanted to save on GST. We all know why businesses thrive on Taking Cash. Especially the ATO. Thank you Soni for the consumer affairs phone number. However you have absolutely no respect for your customer or providing them with a good service.I will let everyone know to be cautious. He clearly alleged that after a month of he's service the unit began having issues again. Would anyone want their air conditioning and heater serviced and have to repair it again in a months time. I wouldn't think so.So Customers please watch your back. This person isn't truthful, arrogant and completely dishonest

Our split system internal wall unit was making a huge racket. We booked Singh's via the manufacturer's recommended repairers. They showed up on time. Instantly diagnosed the problem. Ordered the parts and need up installing them even sooner than we thought they would!At all time they were very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a professional business. They charged exactly what they quoted and it was done on time an on budget.You won't go wrong with this business.

I am sorry to put up the review but it was much needed as i have been chasing to install 2 air conditioners which has never got installed .I tried calling office spoke to few people Ruby and another one as they mentioned they will get back to me but they need to talk to technician but its very unprofessional to take details of the customer and pretend that customer does not need answer. Infact by doing this you will be loosing your customers rather give a customer correct information needed.I hope this will be read and proper action will be taken to improve the customer satisfaction.

Pricing was good, however took a week to get a response to book in installation and by then the unit we wanted had sold out. Told us on the phone that mounting the external units on the garage roof was not an issue, but once they got there to install informed us it wasn't possible and ended up having to change the locations of where we originally wanted the split system inside. After installing, they wall mounted the remotes without asking us where we wanted them first, and not happy with the location they put it, and left us with all the cardboard.Electricians they contracted out were fantastic!

I highly recommend these people! They fixed my evaporative cooler fuss free and then they fixed my neighbours split system. I will always be using their services. Top job. Top people!

Would highly recommend Singh's Aircon to anyone! Competitive pricing, great customer service, very helpful and informative and excellent communication. Had a ducted refrigerated cooling and heating system installed for the entire home and been using it for the past 6 months and can't fault anything so far :)
