One of my first choices for jewellery needs is this place, because when I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and a cheery “hello.” The staff make service a priority; they are attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful.I’ve had issues with my wife’s wedding band set and they resolved the issues without stress. I have had numerous fabulous experiences and excellent services from various MH stores around Melbourne, unfortunately it’s definitely not the case here.Staff here definitely requires extra manner training.Not even a “Hello” or “How are you” from staff.Brought my wife’s ring for service and repair as one of the clamp for the diamond broke for some reason. Although I have lifetime care plan, I was still accused by staff that I must’ve hooked the ring onto something.Waited forever with no other conversation for the staff to type and check whatever it is on the iPad, when I asked to get the ring resized, got the cold look and annoyed expression (in exact words): “So what, like just do it? For whom? Who measured it?”.This is just a kind feedback for management to provide staff with extra training. For myself, this is DEFINITELY NOT the store that I would come back, ever.

I received excellent service from Nicole J recently when i purchased my beautiful ring. Nicole was so helpful and explained everything clearly. I Highly recommend the Melton store and in particular Nicole J.

Bad news. The manager was more interested in drinking her coffee then to speak to me. Tried on a $12,000 necklace and asked if she could do better on the price. It was like pulling teeth till she said it was on sale till Xmas $8,000. She was trying to rip me off! Will never shop there again!!

Horrible customer service. My husband purchased a small Tanzanite halo ring as a gift for me for the birth of our daughter at the end of June 2021. When he have it to me I realised it was a bit small. As Melbourne went into lockdown on the 4th of August we waited to exchange it until restrictions ended and the store re opened. We went in happy to spend more money for a different ring and were informed we had missed the exchange period by 4 days. Even being willing to spend hundreds more money made no difference. I contacted head office and was promised the area manager would contact me within in 2 days. We are now over a week and I have heard nothing.Pathetic service.Update: 2months later and was never contacted by area manager after contacting head office a 2nd time.

Very unprofessional staff. I have a ring from MH that was “supposed” to be sent away to be changed from white gold to 24c gold. After 4 months of the ring just sitting in the store because they obviously failed to send it off, I get a call this week saying that my ring came back after a week of them actually sending it away and that the diamonds were still cloudy. So bottom line I have been waiting months and my ring still looks terrible. The staff lied to me as one lady told me they hadn’t sent my ring off to be fixed and a few days later the other lady said they just got the ring back and nothing was fixed. Definitely getting a refund after all of this. Stay away!

Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Will be back if we are looking for jewelry.
