Service? What's that? I had to follow up and chase several people, several times, for every enquiry.I promptly paid a lease break fee of 4,400 when my family circumstances changed - the agent gave me day-before notice of a private inspection so they could lease it within 24hrs of advertising and have someone move in straight away. They weren't nearly as prompt with the final inspection and bond return though - I had to chase 4 people for information and was told I'll be charged for a scratch on the inside of a fridge cavity and minor floor scratches. When I asked for a quote to pay for this and condition report with photos - no reply. Still waiting two weeks later.

First-class service. The only thing you want from your real estate agent is for them to deliver on the price they tell you on day one they believe they can secure for your property. Theo did just that. Park the rest, that's what counts. An honest appraisal and the desired outcome achieved. Then you can look at the underlying reasons. Theo knows his local market, his communication was faultless, taking calls out of hours when required. We sold off market in just over a week and the process was seamless. Couldn't ask for more. Will get my future business and highly recommend.
