Nerds 2 You have been helping sort out a big problem with my computer. Very easy to talk to and answer any questions you may have. They were always on time and Jaime certainly knew all about computers.

I recently had my laptop checked and was very impressed with the communication between myself and the staff. At all times, I was informed about options and encouraged. Thankyou.

I recently spent hours attempting to get my Laptop to Remote Desktop connect to my PC over the internet. That included buying some software that did nothing but corrupt my Window 10 setup. Jamie come to my house, fixed the corruption and set up my modem and PC for remote start. It quickly became apparent that my PC's motherboard had a problem because it was very spasmodic in its remote starts and shutdowns. Jamie did further tests and established that the motherboard was faulty and recommended a new PC because of the age of the motherboard. Jamie reviewed the technical specs of my software and the data contents on my various hard drives and then built me a new PC that exceeds the requirements of both. FANTASTIC SUPPORT and I unreservedly recommend his services.

My wife and I are small business owners and Jamie from Nerds 2 very efficiently worked through a list of issues we had. Jamie is clearly an expert in this field and easy to work with too. Im very happy to trust him with solving my IT issues It is worth the cost.
