Had my Massey Ferguson serviced to replace the deck belts. Got the mower back and the mower blades were stuck on on". This happened when I hit a dense patch of grass. This caused the new belts to be burnt.Rang the maintenance department and the Supervisor was rude and belligerent. He said that the matter was out of his hands. The problem was with the mover. I reminded him that the mower was just serviced. That did not seem to matter.I rang again the next day and another person suggested he would send a technician to take a quick look.The technician who came to my home

Purchased a tractor from them and twice now, when ordering parts they just don't bother.. First time they apologised and said they would fix the problem but hearkened again.. Not sure how they stay in business. Very poor, would not recommend and we are now purchasing from another supplier.

Dealing with Adrian was a treat. I was interested in a Cup Cadet ZT2 54; he had one; agreed on price. No price gauging like other places (due to global supply issues). Adrian delivered the mower some 140km to my place three days later. What made my days was a query I had two days later when I was after wiring diagram for the mower. The types of requests go usually unanswered or experience a lack of enthusiasm. Not with Adrian, two days later he emailed me the wiring diagram; what a champ. I am sure to come back when I am looking for some implements. All the very best. Cheers, Max

Good friendly customer service with my new cub cadet mower and made sure I had all the info on the mower before I left with it and went out of their way to be helpful. Also great price point compared to everywhere else I looked.Would recommend buying through these guys.
