Took my Colorado in to have new wheels fitted 3 months ago. While on the highway I almost lost my front steer wheel due to all but 1 wheel studs snapping off. Had to get the car towed to an after hours mechanic because it was past 5pm on a Friday. I was told the wheel studs snapped off due to the wheel nuts being over tensioned, the after hours mechanic checked the other wheels and the back left was tensioned over double what it should be. I had to pay for new parts, labour and a towing fee on a weekend. Took the car back in so they could check over the back only to wait almost 4 hours to be told nothing was wrong and the rear wheel nuts weren't even tight. They dont want to responsibility of anything. I have videos and photos that they are aware of. Definitely won't be back!

I got a wheel alignment on my Hilux here, they did a fantastic job. After multiple attempts from other alignment companies, they got everything right here. Like you'd expect. Cheers to Glen and Jarred for the top job.

Called jax this morning to try and see if they had room to fix my tyre as I couldn’t get to work this morning not realising they close at 12. When I called I was spoken quite rudely and told that I needed to get there in 25 mins or they couldn’t do it and hung up on without another word. Once I got there I was again spoken to rudely. Next time if you don’t want me to use your service just say so, I will be more then happy driving further away to go somewhere else

Great attention to detail. I trusted them with my wheels for a puncture repair. And not only did they fix the puncture, but there’s not a single mark on the rim. Here are the before and after photos. You might not even know which one is before and after.

Very good services. Originally I was paying $115 for the cheapest tyres & when I came in they offered a better quality tyre for the same price (April deals) I spent $530 on new tyres and a wheel alignment definitely helped my car drive smoother. They did a complimentary safety check on my vehicle and helped identify some minor issues I’ll get fixed. Definitely recommend, they’re efficient and my car was done in about 1.5 hours. Very happy to say my car has never felt better when driving.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to book an appointment the same day I called to get my tire changed (got a flat tire). And they finished it very quickly.
