I can recommend this very professional Trevors Carpets franchise storelocated in High Road Willetton.I have been an insurance job and they are the only company that hasarrived on time for the remeasure. Adam was very helpful in organising a match to my existing carpet. Today's installation was on time andcompleted by a very experienced carpet layer with no mess left behind.It is refreshing to deal with people who take pride in their work.Thank you guys.

From start to finish, nothing was too difficult. John was the most easy-going and honest carpet salesman I've ever dealt with. Ross, Josh and Adam were just lovely. Really took pride in their work and it turned out beautifully. The finished carpet looks far better than I could have hoped for! This insurance job has been stressful and riddled with idiotic tradesmen but the Trevors Carpets team were hands-down the nicest bunch of blokes and made it all worthwhile! Thank you all so much!

Really above and beyond service... I had them replace carpet in a rental property, ran into a problem with the skirting being installed such that it was pinning down the carpet. Sky arranged for the skirting to be carefully removed and reinstalled after the carpet, on the same day as he knew I had new tenants waiting to move in. Pricing was also sharpest I could find. Thanks Trevor's Willo!

John at the Willetton Shop is very good value. He is so approachable and congenial. John liased with RAC over a flood claim and arranged to show us flooring samples and get a crew here that did a marvellous job installing it over kitchen, hall and foyer. John called us before, during and after installation. He was so easy to work with.We could not be happier.The hybrid floor will mop up if we have a future flood and we can avoid the drama of the replacement.This is the best result we have had with flooring in 28 years here.Value, integrity, quality goods and expert installation!

The carpet selection was good, with prompt sales advice (every time we wentr in). The installers were polite and prompt (gave the usual heads up phone call 4 minutes into the 1 hour arrival window) and arrived 15 minutes later.Installer told me he scuffed a wall. Nothing huge and he was fully transparent. Install looked amazing. Product soft as advertised.ZERO complaints
