Had a great experience at Natuzzi Richmond! I didn’t know a lot about the type of couch I wanted before getting there but the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and I got the perfect couch! 1 month down and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

I parted with $7,000 for what was, and mostly still is, a beautiful couch. More recently, I was greatly let down on visiting the store with a question around my couch cushions. My simple question was met with defensiveness rather than advice or assistance. It seems the storeman feels that a customer with an issue is not an issue at all if you get them out of your store.I wouldn't buy another Natuzzi couch.

I love my new Natuzzi sofa. My new favourite item in my living room. The service at Natuzzi Italia Richmond was exceptional too! Highly recommend.

We ordered from Natuzzi in Richmond last October and our furniture arrived May 4, 2021.Josh & Jamaal were the delivery drivers. They turned up on time yesterday as we had Covid vaccination appointments later in the day to go to. When they arrived our lift was out of action! This didn't phase them at all, they simply said, text when lift working and we'll come back as last drop off at end of day! So appreciated as were out getting jabs in middle of day.They returned around 3.30 pm and lo & behold, the main base of the lounge wouldn't fit in the lift! To say we were devastated is an understatement as we had been waiting almost six months for furniture!No problem" said Josh

Having been to several Natuzzi stores, this Richmond store was worth every second of my 90 minute commute. Staff were friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond for this fussy, particular old man. I walked out of that store with more knowledge and product satisfaction than I ever thought possible. I couldn't be happier with my Sofa and recliner from Natuzzi! If you're like me and care about your furniture, then look no further, Natuzzi are the best in the business. You know their furniture is not mass-produced but made with such fine attention to detail and quality that it can last a lifetime. The staff were also wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. We would like like to thank the team at Natuzzi Richmond for the exceptional service. From the moment we walked into the store the staff were courteous helpful and professional and have continued to follow up right through to the delivery last week.

W bought two leather chairs and a couch 8 years ago. We are retired people and look after our things. We complained to Natuzzi about 4 years ago that the leather is wearing thin on the chairs and now it has cracked and looks dreadful on one of the chairs., We had no call from them to inspect the furniture. We also purchased 2 couches for our son and his leather is cracking. Rubbish quality and bad service. Looks stylish but does not warrant the price.
