Honestly love this place so much! I have probably bought $15,000 worth of equipment from these people and I have never been let down by their customer service of price. The only reason I'd ever go somewhere else is if they didn't have what I was looking for, which hasn't happened yet.

I went in looking to print 1 picture off of my phone via my USB cable. This place was the only one I found. The staff was more then helpful and am 100% going there for all of my printing or camera needs. They were quick and had photo frames there for the picking. I honestly can not rave enough about how great this place was!

We had a problem with our camera and our Samsung tablet. These lovely people chased up answers for us and fixed our problems. Top class people

Staff is really very helpful. Went there for my baby's pasport photos & got in mins. While most of photo studio refused to do photos of a baby they are the light in dark. Really appreciate the young bloke out there .He was very helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Definitely go back.

Its young employee Derek Sheers should be commended for outstanding customer service skills. I went there today totally defeated in my efforts to master the process of 're-applying for a UK passport which has been digitalised , relying on a non-existing code. He took the trouble to download the website, attempting to find out how to complete the application, took and downloaded the needed photo , helped me complete the form and send it off and print out the receipt. Thanks mate, you were outstanding.

Ok, sometimes the staff are great very helpful. Other times they are just giggly and would rather customers not there.

Photos get developed quick which is good and pricing isn't bad. However, I have been there about 6/7 times (convenient location) and I have never had one good encounter with an employee. Really bad customer service and they all seem like they don't want to be there/don't care

This place needs work. A staff member used my phone to select and print two photos for mothers day without asking if I would like my phone data being used in the process. I was assured that both the photos would be fine even though they were taken from an iphone for the size I had ordered. They were not. One was so foggy we could not use. I was also not told at the start that the photos would take one hour to print which meant I could not pick them up. My partner picked them up and we were charged twice for the photos. Wanted to give them some feedback and ask if we could get our money back for the photos we paid twice for and they are not answering the phone. I printed a better copy in the interim from the home computer and will be going somewhere else to get the final copy printed.
