I placed an order online over 2 weeks ago, money came out of my account, received a confirmation email and haven't heard a thing since. I have tried emailing, contacting via Facebook and calling but haven't got a single response.Very disappointing, am now out of pocket and don't have anything to show for it. I just want my order or my money back!

Ordered a skateboard $200+ weeks ago and it hasn’t been delivered or even booked for delivery. This is really annoying & very upsetting.I don’t recommend buying anything online from these guys.

I ordered a scooter a month ago, and it still wasn't shipped. I tried to contact the guys via email to get any information about my order, and received no answer. I can't even cancel my order. So disappointed.

This store has completely closed down. My partner and I went there today as google said it was open however it was empty with For Lease signs in the window. I suspect they have gone under and haven’t done anything to take down their online stores so they are just taking money and not fulfilling orders. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

DO NOT ORDER from this store!!!The store is closed down, we just drove 1.5hours to collect an order “in store”I have sent multiple emails regarding my order and still have not had a reply!!!!
