Got the laptop back completely wrecked. I understand one of the hinges was broken but we got the laptop back in two pieces - the screen and the keyboard. And then expected to pay? That I dont understand. Also was not greeted for at least 10min when we went in. Disappointed

I had massive problems with my desktop computer and the lads at CTS were able to fix them by doing the necessary tests and came up with a solution. It took a lot longer than I had hoped but due to Easter I guess that couldn't be helped. Each time I rang, the staff were very helpful and if an answer could not be provided immediately, they were quick to get back to me. Can't fault them.

Great service, I was really impressed when he had diagnosed my computer problem within seconds. I had been searching the HP support website and Google trying to figure what the issue was but was really glad I dropped my computer into the shop for repair.

Highly recommended, I spoke to Shane on the phone regarding issues with my computer, I live in Warwick so Shane made arrangements for me to leave the computer with him the next day when I travelled to Toowoomba. Shane worked on the unit while I carried out my chores in Town. Shane called twice once to confirm an issue and next to say the laptop was ready. Shane is easy to talk to and very obliging, just a pleasure and assurance that my computer is in good hands. The charges for the repair and fitting me in" was more than reasonable. When I dropped in yesterday, two technicians were available and both stopped what they were doing to take a look at my laptop, and I was out in ten minutes and got excellent service. They spent a solid ten minutes both working through a checklist of potential fixes. Clearly they’re good at what they do, but I also appreciated being included in the conversation without feeling like I knew absolutely nothing. (Let’s be honest, when it comes to computers I pretty much do - but a computer tech who doesn’t make you feel dumb is worth their weight in gold.) Sadly my computer is dead, but knowing that quickly and not spending a lot of money means I’ll have a new computer and be up on my feet sooner. I am so grateful to these guys and will definitely be back next time I have tech issues.

Pleasantly surprised, with the speed and delivery of service. From my first interaction it was obvious that this was a professional team, I was kept fully appraised all the way through the process, which I will admit was a lot quicker then I was expecting. The outcome was explained in easy to understand terms and the bill was a lot less then I had been expecting.So good service, quick, and value for money, can't ask for anything more.

Perhaps others have had a better experience with Computer Troubleshooters Toowoomba, but mine was not good.I came here several times over the past year attempting to get my laptop fixed. A few months ago they told me they were happy to fix it, asked for all the required information, and then disappeared into the void. I contacted them again multiple times, in person and online, and after promising multiple times they could do it and were happy to, eventually just stopped responding.Perhaps they didn't want to do the job? Or maybe they thought it was too laborious? Maybe they had too many jobs to do, and couldn't get to this one after all? We'll never know, because they simply didn't care enough about a new customer to bother communicating properly. The store owner's response to this review says they have no records of phone calls, sms, or messenger contact, but how would they know that based on my google profile alone? The answer is that they wouldn't, as my phone number and Facebook account info are not in fact listed here.Note: They accused me of posting from a spam account, despite this being my main Google account for all services. This is most certainly *not* a spam account. Yet more evidence of their bad approach to customer service - they immediately become hostile and defensive towards a bad review. Rather than looking in good faith for a better resolution.Readers, consider doing what I did: going to another store nearby (phone & computer repairs on the corner of Herries St & Hume St) who on the same day gave me a repair quote AND ordered the required part.

I had the best service one could ask for today! The manager at Hooper Centre is efficient, courteous and professional and had my laptop fixed in less than 2 hours. So important given I had travelled from Cairns to Toowoomba for a contract.
