Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Treendale

I found myself in a real pickle yesterday and Colin couldn't have been more helpful. My battery died whilst I was assisting an elderly client with his shopping. We were stranded in the hot sun and under the pump to get back to Bunbury for a medical appointment. I had rung their competition around the corner and, after explaining my desperate situation, was told that it was their lunch hour and they couldn't spare a mechanic to help us. When I rang Bridgestone, they were extremely understanding and within ten minutes had arrived with a new battery and a pleasant attitude. I live in Bunbury, but I know where I'll be going next time i need new tyres or a new battery. Some companies go above and beyond when a fellow human being is in trouble. Faith in humanity restored!

Just got final assessment on my car. Colin did a thorough check and is able to just replace the radiator which was a relief thinking l needed a new motor, gaskets and a radiator. Very reasonably priced. Well done pick up on Monday.

So good to deal with tyre/wheel alignment people who know what they're doing. Also very professional and pleasant. Strong contrast with the mob I bought the (expensive) 4x4 tyres from!

They were able to fit me in at short notice for a service, offered a lift when car was dropped off, called to say when car was ready (2.5hrs) $$$ was less than original quote. Car looked amazing when collected. Felt good to support local businesses. Thanks Bridgestone Australind, we will be back

Both car wheel alignment and new tyres on the caravan. Very happy with service.

Friendly staff who were considerate of how I wanted my car set up. Went out of their way to make me comfortable while I waited for the work to be done.

Drop off a caravan tyre with a slow leak to get fixed or replaced at 8.30am, waited until 4.00pm until I made a phone call to ask for an update to be told they haven’t looked at it yet. Get a call a 4.30pm saying tyre needs replacing so I ask them to do and they responded with they don’t have any in stock! 8 hours to be told that is just ridiculous.I pick it up went to tyrepower 1 minute away and was fixed within 15mins that day
