Kellie at Hills Self Storage, Rouse Hill was amazing support. She put together a plan for helping us sort our storage challenge at a good price. The storage facility was well maintained, with convenience of securely controlled 24/7 access. I would recommend Hills Self Storage, speak with team (Kellie, Sue) they are very good and will look after you.

Always neat and tidy, Hills Storage provided us with peace of mind that our belongings were secure and safe. The facility is top class and the staff are always helpful. The facility provides all the equipment that we needed to transport our goods and were incredibly helpful when we downsized.If required, we will definitely store our goods here. Highly recommend.

Simply outstanding. These people really know what customer service is and go totally above and beyond to work on a solution that works for their customer. I had some special needs and they not only accommodated me by working with me on options that would serve me best but were also totally flexible in accommodating shifting timelines. Whilst a lot of places preach customer service, these folks practice it every day. I was truly very impressed and would have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation to anyone.

Hills storage was a great place to store my goods. I was there for 3 years and I felt that my goods were safe and secure at all times. It was an easy and very convenient storage space easy access and great security. Staff was always at hand with any help and enquiries. I would highly recommend this company.

We've used Hills Storage for nearly 3 years moving in and out of different sized units; we've had a medium sized unit on the first floor, a very small unit on the first floor, and a large unit on the ground floor which we've had for 2 years now, and we've always been very impressed with how well the facility is kept. It's really clean, well lit, has a vending machine to buy drinks from when moving boxing makes you a bit thirsty, and the attached store to buy boxes, bubble wrap etc from has been really handy.You worry that keeping things in storage for so long will result in mould or mice, but not at this facility! Everything stays exactly as it was when you put it in.The various trolleys, pallet jacks and so on that are available for use at every entrance are a god-send, as there's plenty of them and they're very well maintained.The staff are always very friendly and helpful, we've never had an issue.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hills Storage to our family and friends, and if we ever need storage in the future, this is the first place we'd call!
