Elaine & her team were very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit & can't wait to return. Good variety and reasonably priced for authentic goods. I would highly recommend a visit.

I came here whilst on holiday from Brisbane and met Elaine for the first time in her shop. She pointed me to their second store where they sell discounted pieces and I bought two things at a great price. These ladies are wonderful and have an excellent curation

Mio Tesoro is easily Melbourne's best designer consignment destination! It's a great place if you want sell or buy designer goods. The owner Elaine has worked in the luxury industry for years so has an amazing backlog of knowledge about products and authenticity. I highly recommend a visit!

I have been coming to Mio Tesoro for my pre-loved designer fix for many years. Elaine and her team are exceptional at what they do and have many years of knowledge and experience in the industry. I shop comfortably knowing that each piece is authentic and condition is exactly as described. Communication is superb and postage is always very quick and beautifully packed as though I shopped from the original brand itself! Would highly recommend!

My review is based on a incident with Elaine today I can not understand why she has a attitude with customers browsing the store do I need a reason if there is nothing I want to purchase that is not my fault and so punishing me by not accepting my offer for a 6 year old handbag and I only asked for $25 off a very old preloved handbag and to say the reason is I come in and browse and I can ask you as many questions about a handbag so I know as much information as I want to. so why are you even working in retail your job is to welcome and be as helpful to customers I really hope you understand that your behaviour is absolutely unacceptable and you need to be accountable that you do not do this again and you learn from this I am only writing this review as I never ever received such a personal attack by someone that does not know me and I will never ever shop or would ever want to in your store.
